The hotel was perfect, with incredible views. The breakfast was excellent, with views over the city center. It is in a perfect location. The room was clean and very beautiful! If I come back, I would choose the same hotel again.

the place was in old town, near by walk to all objects we wanted to visit. the owner was very kind , she made a breakfast in the balcony with beautifull view to the city and mountains. the rooms was clean, and nice, and the bed was so comfortable, we slept like a baby.

We had a lovely stay here, the staff, facilities and experience was perfect and I couldn't recommend enough! When we arrived the father helped us park (we parallel parked directly outside the place). It is steep steps up to the place, but he kindly carried our bags. Our room was beautiful, with a spacious bathroom, great walk in shower. The view from the juliette balcony was really pretty, it looks at other houses, but that's what you want as it shows the pretty windows. The standout part was the breakfast, it was the best food and beautifully presented. Would 100% stay here when visiting again!

The location is excellent - just down the hill from Berat Castle and only 5 minutes wall from the bridges and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was exactly as pictured - bright and airy with lovely decor and high ceilings and quirky tiles in the bathroom. The bed was really big and comfortable and we slept well and we were given extra pillows and a blanket when we asked. The views from the balcony and also the terrace for breakfast were great. The owners kindly met us outside when we arrived and helped guide us into a parking space which they had reserved right outside (which you realise is very helpful once you see how hard it is to find parking in Berat). The owners were also very accommodating in making breakfast a little earlier for us than 8am so we could go on a trip to the Osumi Canyons. Breakfast was tasty and well presented with a range of eggs, meat, fruit, vegetables and bread/jams. Wifi was strong and reliable and the restaurant recommendations provided in the room were excellent - we tried two of them and had some of the best meals we had tried in Albania (City Grill and Zonja). Would highly recommend and would stay again!

“Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended”

We had an amazing stay at Villa Mishel and would definitely recommend it. The location is great, the breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation was very comfortable. The people running the place were extremely kind and welcoming. The only small issue was that the bathroom in our room had a bit of a drainage problem – the water didn’t go down easily. But it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. A lovely place to stay!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very modern, while still being part of a historic building with such a fascinating story, it’s definitely worth taking the time to hear about it. Everything was very clean, and the location couldn’t have been better: just a few minutes’ walk to all the main sights in Berat. Having a parking space right in front of the property was also a huge plus for us as we were traveling by car. Breakfast was delicious and well-balanced, and Mishel and his family were such warm and welcoming hosts. We truly felt at home and would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.
