Rooms are clean and comfortable. Dining area is new with an amazing view of nature and a lot of space for multiple people. The nature is breathtaking and peacful. That alone is 10/10. Now why I think this place should get 20/10 or even more is because of the owner and home made food. It is very delicious and the portions are very big. The owner was extremly nice and hospitable since the beginning we arrived. He adjusted breakfast and dinner for the time that was the best for us. Will 100% come again if the path takes us here.

The place and services provided are at a high level. The room and linen are clean. There is a small kitchen with dishes. Wi-Fi is stable. Breakfast and dinner were prepared on site. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The place is beautiful. I recommend it. If I pass by, I will definitely come here again. Thanks to the owners for their work.

At home feeling right from the beginning! Hosts are very friendly, generous and helpful. Location quiet and peaceful. All the food is homemade and very delicious.

A farmhouse with beautiful views of the country. Rooms were comfortable and clean, exactly how the pictures show. The shining star of the whole experience were our hosts, who do not speak English but their son did. I mentioned we were in the area because my grandfather was from a village nearby. I did not have any information other than last name. They immediately got on the phone to call and found my cousin. The next day I was meeting long lost relatives from this very small village in Montenegro, all thanks to the owners of this farmhouse. He was determined to help me, and for that I am forever grateful. We had dinner provided for 15 Euros extra. The food was delicious and more than plenty. A very peaceful place to rest your head with hosts that treated us like family.

Amazing location, amazing hosts. Honestly this place beat my expectations in every possible way. We also got offered dinner (for an additional payment ) which was crazily good.

“Rural hospitality at its best”

The host and his family are very kind and generous people, genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of their guests. I rarely experienced such good hospitality. Located on a hill in a rural environment, it was very relaxing. The facilities are quite modern, in top condition and very clean. The hearty breakfast made of local ingredients was the best start into the new day.

The highlight of our Balkan tour was staying 3 nights at the Kastratovic farm and meeting this extremely friendly, caring and welcoming family. They immediately made us feel at home and part of their family.The accommodation is brand new and the double room with balcony was extremely clean, comfortable and well decorated. The parents didn't speak English, however their 2 sons Milos and Sasha spoke perfect English. All traditional Balkan meals were lovingly prepared by the mother.Breakfasts were abundant and homemade with products from their farm, kefir ,cheeses, kaymak (a buttery fermented clotted cream) , jams, homemade bread, bourekas. A full course Balkan lunch or dinner was also available accompanied by wine or beer and the father's homemade amazing plum brandy! Highly recommended 11/10.

Lovely remote family run, perfect hideout for tranquility and hikes around. I came for one night, I stayed three 😎 Breakfast is delicious, food comes from their own garden mostly and it is tasty. Nice view from the surroundings.

Nice, clean property, everything is brand new, a friendly host who spoke good English. It is very peaceful at night. The views are amazing. Breakfast is wonderful, a traditional meal prepared by the host’s mother. You can also have a traditional evening meal if you request it.

Highly recommend to visit this lovely place, and most of all very nice landlord who is really hospitable. Thanks!
