Luxury stay in pink room. Very comfortable!

Very specious room with very good facilities. Everything provided. The Jacuzzi bath on the balcony was a highlight, very relaxing.

This room is incredibly spacious and the facilities are amazing - everything you could want and more. The view from the suites was well worth the stay, especially with the outdoor spa. I loved all the pink and it made for a unique stay. Honestly, the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It is also a fun place to explain to friends and family ;)

Do not book this hotel! It's a meeting place for prostitution. Really seedy. They even rent "sexy" costumes. See photos below.

Huge room, great sea view, wonderful staff.

Room was decorated so cute with everything pink, including the hair appliances. This was the highlight of my stay here. There was also a full length mirror which I appreciated as I've found this is not common. Bed was comfortable and delivery of breakfast in the morning through the pigeonhole was quick and efficient. Room was also in a perfect spot to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Far more cost effective than other places I found in Oita and had everything I needed. Lots of car spots in the car park too. Was in a good location for me to drive to my destinations each day. Size of the room and bathroom were great. I questioned staying here due to the nature of the hotel but honestly this wasn't an issue!

this is the best place we stayed in Japan! the room was exceptionally large. facilities are best in every aspect. free car park. large jacuzzi, balcony overlooking Beppu bay ♥️ 😍

“Just perfect!!!”

Had two rooms - loved every minute!!! Both had jacuzzis on the terrace with a sea view. One room even had a massage chair. Celebrated my Birthday and was offered a small bottle of champagne. Great service - thank you.

I liked all. The amenities are excellent - room jacuzzi, the balcony, big bed, welcome snacks and some drinks for free. A bit far from train station. it took us about 20 minutes by foot, but no problem to take taxi.

Everything!!! It was amazing. I spent weeks travelling Japan before I arrived and this resort offered such an amazing retreat. The room was huge and so comfortable. The bed was perfect. The staff (for the very little time I spoke with them) were so lovely and so helpful. I really appreciated everything they did during my stay. It's a love resort so it's quirky but it's oh so relaxing. The bathtub on the balcony was just.... Just do wonderful. If I could I would give it 10000 stars

“Huge and gorgeous”

The rooms are huge and we got to experience a love hotel experience, where everything is so private. You wouldn’t even meet anyone throughout the stay. However, you will need to drive.

This was the most spacious room in our whole trip, it’s great value for money compared to regular hotels. We got a keycard and were able to come and go as we please.
