Very spacious room & facility.

It's a love hotel so it's a bit more advanced than normal hotels, also bigger. The view was great. The jacuzzi was a plus.

“Surprise surprise surprise.”

Unlike most hotels rooms in Japan the rooms are small and the bathroom you can hardly turn around. Not this hotel spaciousness was amazing. Breakfast was to my surprise a great serving and there was coffee, tea and drinks for free. My wife booked this hotel but I don't think she really knew what to expect. The additional condiments provided made me laugh, if you visit you will understand. Please spend a night there you will get a laugh. Now my wife knows why it's called a love hotel. Hsha.

Lovely staff and beautiful hotel. It's rare you get a room this big in Japan, and it's stunning. Love the sauna in the room, and the balcony has amazing amazing views.

Terrible

The room is bigger than normal Japanese hotel room. The bed and bathroom are also big. For location it's 1.5 km from the hell of Beppu but be aware that it's far up on a hill from downtown Beppu! The view from our room is spectacular.

“Value for money and memorable stay !”

Super spacious room with massage chair, private open air onsen at the balcony and an indoor jacuzzi. The bed is slightly too firm but feels like bigger than normal king size bed. Minibar was well stocked. Towel and amenities were replenished as requested. Service can rival 5-star property!

Spacious room, nice view

Almost everything was better than I had anticipated, it was squeaky clean (very appreciated at a love hotel), the room in general was so spacious and comfortable with a nice little balcony, there were drinks in the fridge for us (for free!), and the breakfast was served directly to our room at a time of our choosing. The bathtub and all the hair and skin products felt almost luxurious. Absolutely incredible value for money!

“Awesome!”

Everything! One of the best hotel rooms my wife and I have ever had. Awesome panoramic view over Beppu skyline. With balcony. (Photo is taken from the balcony). One wall of the room consists of a massive window from floor to ceiling. Bed is huge and comfortable. Bathrobes provided. Bathroom with shower and bubble bath. Many (kinky) extras. Very helpful (and discreet) staff. Breakfast and ;-) movies included. Free parking. Highly recommended.

Nothing really.

We did not know that this is a japanese love hotel (which was clearly our fault). The personell was really nice and supportive and with Google translator it worked quite well. If You do not want to get in touch with the personell this is also possible but we needed some additional information. Be aware to write them in advance if you require a non-smoking room. We did not know this and had a smoking room which was not so nice. The bathtub was really nice!

The room was amazing. The 5th floor and the location were exceptional. The balcony with a hot tub was beyond expectations as was the amazing view. The size of the room was very big and comfortable.

This is actually a love hotel, which makes it very affordable for such a large room. We even had a jacuzzi bath and some of the rooms offered private balcony onsen.
