“Absolutely excellent hotel, onsen and staff”
Great free nibbles and drinks on arrival. Onsen was excellent and extra touches like free ice creams and ice blocks and drinks after bathing. The best hotel we stayed in in Japan - the other really good one was also a Grandvrio at Miyajima

“Love that relaxed seaside resort feel, away from the usual crowded area. Would definitely return to stay.”
View was fantastic , we had the sunrise overlooking into our room. Rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast and dinner was great , with variety. The 5-7pm Snack time was a treat. Onsen relaxing, with all the free drinks with it. Staff were helpful and polite.

The facilities at the hotel were very clean and modern. We had a very comfortable room, and enjoyed the public (outdoor and indoor) onsens as well as the very delicious locally themed dinner and breakfast meals. We also loved the extra amenities, which include but were not limited to a variety of drinks, popsicles and an outstanding shampoo/conditioner bar. There is also a free 20 minute shuttle bus to and from Beppu Station. We were able to conveniently book this shuttle initially by contacting the hotel privately through the Booking app. Finally, the staff were extremely welcoming, kind and friendly thoughout our stay. It was hard to leave and we would definitely consider coming back in the future.

This hotel has free flow drink and beer in afternoon time. The outdoor onsen is amazing we can choose hot and cold onsen as well. They provide colourful kimono for us to experience. Level 2 kids room also awesome. Overall worth to stay 👍

Good service, nice breakfast. Unfortunately the dinner was fully booked. There are no other restaurants nearby. The hotel location is bit out of main town.

“It's nice”
The onsens were nice. The kids playroom was fun qs they offered a variety of board games. They offered complementary drinks, sodas, coffee in different convenient locations, not to mention that he beers and ice lollies at the rest area outside of the onsen

“Highly recommend this hotel”
The staff were polite and helpful. The public hot bath and facilities were very good and I enjoyed the drinks and snacks provided at the bath area.

A hotel with excellent facilities and great comfort. The concept seems to be that you get everything in the hotel, from foods and drinks to onsen experience. The service was excellent as well. highly recommend!

All guests in the hotel are so happy and relax. Our room was facing the ocean. The ocean view is so pretty. At the moment I felt I was in the heaven.
