Sugath, the manager, could not have been more helpful. Even though I needed an early check out he provided breakfast on the balcony beforehand and then dropped me off in his tuktuk.

We have just spent 19 nights here. Very clean, modern guest house with five rooms: three double rooms on the ground floor and a double room, and a large suite on the first floor. Our room was cleaned with linen change every three days, but you can request fresh towels etc.. as needed. Breakfasts are excellent and more than plentiful, mainly Sri Lankan fare, followed by toast and jam and loads of fresh fruit, and then local sweet dishes. Wow. And all served outside your room on the balcony or veranda. There is also a large communal kitchen and dining area with ample crockery and cutlery, where you can use the fridge, and prepare meals if you wish. There is filtered water on tap and sugar, milk, tea etc.. is provided if you want to make your own hot drinks during the day/ evening. The swimming pool and garden is kept spotlessly clean and never had an issue getting a sunbed/ umbrella even when full. The local neighbourhood is relatively quiet with local residences and a nearby primary school. There are plenty of interesting birds that can be seen in the trees from the garden The guest house is a fifteen minute walk to the park and beach, and similar to the nearby strip of restaurants along the train track. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the two nearby restaurants by the river. Massive thanks to Sugatha who manages the guest house, and also to Nanda who also works here. Sugatha is an absolute credit to this place with his hard work and personable approach . He provided us with Tuktuk rides throughout the day and evening to local amenities for a reasonable price.

This property was great, clean cool rooms, staff that were friendly and informative. Beautiful pool and all just a 15 min walk to a beautiful beach. Breakfast surpassed everything and is served to you on your porch/verandah. Use of a communal kitchen for fridge, kettle, freezer, and ever area to cook if you wish

Everything! including the manager. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was sparkling clean. Pool area was gorgeous and the cleaning guy was very thorough. Breakfast was excellent and showcased proper Sri Lankan fare. We were the only guests for our one night so it was very quiet which we loved but obv thats not going to be the norm

“Lovely modern villa”

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely modern villa and had the entire place to ourselves. The pool was great and very clean, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was generous with plenty of options, and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful — always willing to go out of their way to assist. The location is ideal, just a short walk to town and the beautiful, unspoilt Bentota beach. We would happily stay here again.

We liked everything - our room in second floor was beautiful and spacious, big terrace, breakfast with a lot of choices/ we were really surprised/ very kind and helpful staff, nice swimming pool, also location - short walk to restaurants and sea.....and don t forget to order massage!! Everything! Here’s a polished, heartfelt write- Eldezo Relax Paradise Hotel is a truly wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is spotless, beautifully clean, and very spacious you instantly feel comfortable and relaxed the moment you arrive. The breakfast is nothing short of magnificent, easily one of the best we’ve had. Fresh, generous, and prepared with real care. Sugath, the owner, along with his incredible team, are genuinely amazing people. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail make this place extra special, nothing is ever an issue, and everything is done with a smile. The setting itself is stunning and peaceful, perfect for switching off and truly relaxing. A special mention for the massage done by Sugath, absolutely fantastic and not to be missed. He also organised an early morning boat trip on the Bentota River, we saw crocodiles, snakes, lizards, Kingfishers and other birds. The property is not hard to find and is an easy walk to the Cargills local shop, reataurants and the beautiful beach with local Tuk Tuks always around if needed. We will most definitely be back and for much longer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏

“Beautiful stay in Bentota”

The property was walking distance from the beach. It was always clean, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing with a large selection of authentic Sri Lankan food. Sugath was an amazing host, always helpful and there for any questions that we needed for our entire stay. We highly recommend Eldezo for anyone wanting to stay in Bentota.

It is a new property exceptionally clean with luxury touch in details such as Sri Lankan made porcelain. Sugad with his colleague was always helpful. Breakfast was also great with Sri Lankan food. We really enjoyed the stay by the pool and walked a few minutes walk to the ocean.

“Close to town, really clean rooms and lovely garden and pool”

This was amazing. Great Pool, lovely new clean accommodation. Staff were really friendly. What can I say about breakfast, so much great food we didn't need to eat until dinner time. Don't hesitate to book this private small villa.

- The apartments are beautiful, with lovely grounds and scenic views — so many tropical birds around! - Sugath was a warm, helpful host, and the whole team worked really hard to make the stay comfortable. - I also met the owner, who happened to be visiting from Germany — she was lovely too. - The big patio was a definite highlight. - The food was delicious and filling overall. I had mentioned I can’t eat spicy food, but instead of adjusting the curry or dhal, they just advised me to eat the milder dishes — a bit of a shame, as Sri Lankan food is still so flavourful even without the heat.

The place is really clean, everything is new and has all the details! The place is also quiet, the staff is really friendly and helpful. It has a nice pool and yard. The breakfast is excellent and they put a lot of food!

“Definitely great value”

Very nice clean new modern style rooms. Big swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Wonderful breakfast.

We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful modern and top class, so much attention to detail, everything is high-end quality. Our room was ground level overlooking a gorgeous pool which we enjoyed. Our breakfast, which was magnificent, was served on our patio. Sugath the manager couldn't do enough for you, he's a credit to the owners. We will certainly return.

“Fantastic place”

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful room, pool, staff and exceptionally huge breakfast, so much so we had it for dinner a couple of times! There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. Filtered water, tea and coffee whenever you like. We stayed in the studio room which was huge on the first floor there is one other room on this floor with a kitchen area where we shared the fridge. There are five rooms in total so it’s very quiet. Takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach and restaurants all by the train track, we walked it daytimes and night time but you’ll need a torch! Sugarth the owner is delightful and very helpful he booked us a lovely early morning river/mangrove trip at a great price and picked us up beer when he went to the supermarket 😀This was the seventh hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka and was definitely the best, so glad we stayed for five nights just wish I’d booked longer. Also bear in mind cash is king in Sri Lanka! If you book to stay here you won’t be disappointed.
