“Amazing value for money Villa, perfect for a family holiday on a budget”

This is a lovely Villa only about 5 mins walk from the beach. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the owners were friendly and helpful. It was incredibly good value for money - and included a really good breakfast. Aside from the beach, there are a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby to the Villa. Our expectations were surpassed and we will likely stay again!

Spacious, the people are very friendly and co-operative. Overall the stay was very good, the location was very perfect, walkable to the beach and the park.

Everything brilliant

The host was very kind and offered to drive us with his tuk tuk free of charge. As well he arranged us a river safari the minute we arrived and we enjoyed it a lot. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach.

In all we stayed six days at the villa, which is located in a pleasant residential area near the railway station and the beach. Channa and his family were very welcoming. Superb breakfast. Many restaurants nearby, Our room was not particularly large, but it had a balcony overlooking the leafy surroundings. The boat trip Channa arranged was remarkable for the variety of wildlife to be seen on the Bentota River. We will be back!

Channa was a good host, always helpful, always available and, as i was ill during my stay, always considerate. Because of my illness i was not able to fully enjoy Channa's breakfast but what i did eat was very good, my observation of other guests suggests that very good is an understatement. The actual accommodation was bright, airy and spotless.
