We booked for 2 nites but we had to return back after 1 night stay due to location n food. The hotel pool is shared with paying public. So you don't get to enjoy the pool quietly with the hotel guests . You have to drive 30 mins out n 30 mins in just for food. The hotel only provides dinner menu not lunch. Lunch is not available in the hotel . Crazy concept knowing the hotel is so deep in and no available shops or restaurants close by. Even food delivery service don't get in coz its too far in. Didn't enjoy my stay at all.

I like how the location is strategically secluded. The staffs during check-in were ok, not particularly friendly, but the staff during check-out was extremely friendly. The jacuzzi was on point!! The pools were clean, the white meehoon for breakfast was so yummy!! Overall i would definitely come back.

“A pleasant trip.”
From the beginning.. Helpful staffs. From the front desk to the housekeeping boy. Then the environment is very nice. The hot springs was relaxing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot. Car park just beside the villa. Overall it was a restful and pleasant stay.

“Worth the money, since the jacuzzi can be used 24/7.”
I booked a jacuzzi suite. It was convenient and i loved the arrangement. The jacuzzi made the journey worthwhile. Being a muslim women in late 30’s , privacy & boundaries are the new zennn. Hot spring rather cold in the dawn, so it was nice to soak in. and I actually felt my skin becomes smoother afterwards. Perhaps placebo, but I don’t know

Jacuzzi not working, paid extra for nothing..technician not helpful. No use looking at past reviews. It depends on your luck to get the properly functioning facilities. Since jacuzzi cant be used we decided to go to the public pool but become more dissappointed.Children pool dirty and no lights at night so dangerous for kids. Waste of money and time.
