“Horrible”
Of all my staying at motels and hotels, This one is the most horrible place. In the first room l was given smells, there was animal hair on the floor mats, and the shower was not working, the toilet looks awful and very filthy. I told them that l am allergic to animal hair so they changed the room. The second room also has a filthy toilet bowl and the bathtub looks dirty. I told them l cannot stay in that room. They gave me another room and that room was a bit okay but the floor was dirty. l lifted the toilet seat and it was covered with urine, inside the microwave was filthy and the plate was oily, everything was dusty. I was so frustrated and tired after a long 8-hour drive. Out of my frustration, l just used one of their towels to clean the furniture and then mopped the entire floor with a wet towel. When l felt the room was clean enough, l settled down. I think management needs to do an inspection of their property. Also if l were management, l will fire all of the workers that do the cleaning because they do not do their job well. The hallways were full of garbage. I will never use any Red Roof Property again ever.

“Horrible experience”
It took almost an hour to find a decent room. The first room they gave me keys to still had peoples stuff in it and was dirty. The 2nd room smelled so badly. The 3rd room we took because we was tired from drive. The bed was so uncomfortable. The whole room was nasty the walls the doors the lights. Just completely gross I asked for a refund but was told we couldn’t get one. I asked for a discount the lady at front desk said to call Tuesday. The floors were sticking I would never go back. 2 other people complained about the rooms while I was there.
