Unfortunately we were very disappointed. On arrival a lady was there busy eating her bread and just gave us the keys and pointed us towards the room, and continued on the phone. She didn't know anything about milk, how to lock the place with the broken key etc The apartment did not look like the pictures. Sadly we did not stay

“Perfection at its best meaning”
I liked that the apartment is spacious and it was always clean. The stuff would check daily if we are sorted and not in need of anything. It is kid friendly considering I have a very curious baby, the electric plugs and appliances were out of reach. I was a self catering customer and everything was provided like pots, plates and glasses. There are instructions that are in the apartment which helps us to inform the stuff on what to do with the things we used or need to be changed. We checked in later than the time we allocated but the shift manager waited for us and welcomed us with a warm smile.

Extreme relaxed atmosphere with no effort to big or small to please their guests. Will definitely make use of them again. Clean, safe, comfotable and close to a well equipped shoppibg complex

I liked the warm welcome by Donald the check in was really good made us feel comfortable , the area was clean all rooms, BBQ area was clean the pool was amazing, definitely felt like home away from home 🏡😊
