“Very bad experience and waste of my money.”
Nothing went well at all. Power was off most of the time, water pressure was poor, due to power tripping, the network was poor and the Wi-Fi and smart TV were not reliable, we had to bath with cold water due to power tripping. the room was not clean on the floor, the bath was not cleaned. The toilet window is linked to the kitchen. When you open it, the smell goes to the kitchen. The breakfast was cold. I suggest the property need to upgrade their power to a reliable 3 phase supply(80 Amps). They were fully booked and when we use the power simultaneously, it was struggling.

“Keep your promises and keep going”
The room we upgraded to had a jacuzzi which was not in good condition no hot water, no glass we had to ask for towels... There staff was very nice and attentive but the room wasn't so satisfying at we left without bathing...
