The location, the apartment was modern and very clean. Claude was also a very gracious and hospitable host. We would like to go again.

Great location, beautifully presented property with everything you need including parking. Additionally the host was friendly, helpful and a good communicator. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The location of the property was excellent for the beaches, restaurants and cafes. Plenty of coastal walking and parking on site was a bonus. The host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly visit again.

Well equipped apartment and we were met by Claude, who was a charming host. It was a quiet location with a balcony from where we could see the sun and it was quick and easy to walk to the beach and the many local restaurants.

“Beautiful Benodet”

This is a great apartment with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment is modern, comfortable and very well equipped for self-catering. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Our host Claude met us on arrival and she provided some home-baked treats for our welcome. Parking was on-site but not undercover. The lift to our apartment level was very helpful. We really enjoyed a few hours on the beach one sunny afternoon and the beachfront was a very pleasant surprise for us, all within easy walking distance.

“Just what we needed to make the most of our four night stay in Benodet”

The appartment on the second floor, (lift available) was as we expected from the description and photos on booking.com. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a view of the sea from the balcony. There was no noise from the site, opposite, where new houses and appartments are currently being built (almost complete). There is secure parking behind the building. The appartment was compact but very comfortable and very well-decorated and furnished. We appreciated the art work. The kitchen was well-equipped. Our host left a litre bottle of water, a bottle of cider, and a few small cakes (madeleines) to welcome us. A three minute walk to reach the beach in this relatively quiet part of Benodet was ideal. There are a variety of restaurants nearby. We walked to the supermarket in about 15 minutes but there is plenty of parking space. We were met by our host's husband, who explained how to drive into the car park and how to use the keys he gave to us. He showed us around the appartment and left a number for us to call if there were any problems. We met our host on the day we left and enjoyed telling her about our enjoyable stay in Benodet.

.Exceptionally clean and well-appointed apartment. Tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. Secure parking and secure access to the main building. Balcony has a perfect view of the sea, which is a real bonus.
