We’ve just got back from our stay and had a fantastic experience overall. As expected with a newer hotel, there were a few small teething problems, but nothing that took away from how much we enjoyed it. The staff were all incredibly hardworking and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible throughout our stay. The roof terrace was absolutely beautiful and a real highlight, and the rooms in the new tower are stunning — modern, comfortable, and finished to a really high standard. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into the hotel, and we would definitely return in the future
