The views are absolutely stunning! Great place to enjoy the sunset. The balcony itself is definitely worth staying here. The house is on a hill, so it's challenging to go up especially into the heat, but the hotel has a minibus transfer that you can take near the beach and avoid this challenging route.

Only two working lifts out of 3 the whole 5 days we were there, for 24 hours only 1 lift working. We were on the 12th floor which was just doable on the stairs but there are 34 floors…

I paid a 200 euro deposit, which hasn't been returned. Have tried phoning and sent an email to booking.com still not got my money back after a month. 200 euros is a lot of money to me as I had chosen a budge holiday, as this was all I could afford

We stayed in an apartment with a view of the city and the sea for 3 nights (apartment for 5 people, without breakfast). We received the keys very quickly, the staff is friendly. Before arrival, we wrote to the accommodation and asked to get an apartment on a higher floor because of the view and photos, and the hosts respected it. The apartment is excellent, it was clean, there are minor damages that we immediately reported due to the deposit, and more than enough towels, shower gel, shampoo... The kitchen has everything necessary for a stay, but not for living in the apartment. The only thing missing is dishwashing liquid and a sponge since it is necessary to leave everything tidy. As for the location, it's a little further from the beach, but there is a bus that goes to the beach for free in 15 minutes, so it wasn't a problem for us, because the view from the terrace of the apartment is priceless, you can see the city and the sea, you can't have such a view on the beach, and the distance is the price of that view. Supermarkets, restaurants and fast food are close to the apartment. Considering that we were on the 33rd floor, and they have 3 elevators that mostly people call at the same time, it happens that the elevator stops on every floor, so the descent takes time. The staff was very friendly during check-in and check-out, calling a taxi, etc. We have very good experiences with this apartment. Next to the apartment building there is a hotel and hotel services can also be used. We haven't used them, so we don't have that experience. Any recommendation!
