A very spacious house with two big gardens. The area is quiet and peaceful, while the location is excellent and convenient. We had a wonderful stay.

“Easter stay in Benidorm”

A great location, with a warm welcome. Very private accommodation, spacious and clean. Good kitchen facilities, washing machine and outdoor areas in which to relax. Space for parking was a bonus. Easy to walk to the supermarkets, and a short drive to big retail area if needed. Close to bus stop to get into Central Benidorm, also.

The room was clean and cozy, just as shown in the photos. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. Everything was well organized and peaceful.

“Excellent apartment in Benidorm”

From the beginning, we were happy with the accommodation. Manuel met us when we arrived and showed us around, and provided us with information on services and sites in the locality. The apartment was spacious, very clean, with secure parking. There was ample outdoor space to spend some time in the sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped, with fridge and freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and more. The bathroom had a good shower and large washbasin. The bathroom door was a little tricky to close. There was a washing machine, which was very handy as we stayed for 9 nights. The bed was comfortable, and there was a warm blanket there as the temperature at night was cooler. Air conditioner was great, WiFi was excellent. We also used the TV. The sofa bed and dining table, with 4 chairs made the space relaxing. The outdoor and indoor blinds were easy to use and came in handy on those sunny days in Benidorm. The location was really good. We liked that we could walk to the supermarket, to the beach and to the bus stop. The bus route brought us to the Old or New town in Benidorm. There were cafes and pizzeria nearby, too. It was a safe neighbourhood, we liked staying there. We brought rubbish and recycling to the nearby collection points, easy to find and use. Manuel was very helpful as was his mother, Lola, who helped me with the washing machine! We would highly recommend this accommodation, and would certainly return.

A peaceful and private house, fully at your own use. Very lovely and friendly renter. Excellent communication with them, kept me very well informed about everything. Great for working remotely; excellent wifi. Grocery store, gym at a walking distance.

Lovely comfortable accommodation in a quiet area but close to all the amenities, well equipped with everything you need, a real bonus is the private parking, Great hosts would definitely recommend

Location was Very quiet and private, very nicely laid out good commination with the vendor, easy access to bus routes,local shops, cafe bars and restaurants, fantastic beach all within walking distance. This property has the best of both worlds in Benidorm Just a bus ride away from the madness of Benidorm and retreat to a quiet haven for a good night's peace. It's a Very Safe secure property..

Best place in my Spain road trip and believe me, I've had a lot of hotels and airbnb etc. Private parking on enclosed grounds. Good communication via whatsapp with the owner. If you send an app 15 minutes before arrival, the gate to the private parking is already open so that you can enter quickly and easily. The owner's mother gave me the keys and explanation and was super friendly and helpful. There are many seating areas outside so that you can always find a sunny spot or, if desired, a shady spot. Lots of storage space in the house. The apartment is very modern and cozy. Everything inside and outside clean. Wi-Fi is excellent. Kitchen supplies sufficient. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is fine. In short, a place to remember and return to.

“A gem in the middle of Benidorm.”

Cute homely house/apartment with very friendly and helpful owners. We were very pleasantly suprised by this gem in the middle of Benidorm. Small freestanding house nestled in between highrises with parking on the yard. Apartment was fully equipped, we didn't feel like anything was missed during our stay. It has two outside areas with plenty of seating and even a bbq.
