Fairly new hotel, with overall good standard of rooms. Free parking next to the hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. Our group of 12 persons in 9 rooms over 3 nights all had a good experience.

“HOTEL SCAM”

To be honest, I did not stay in this Hotel but I am so not happy with this Hotel and that is why I gave the lowest score. Why am I not happy. I booked and paid through Booking.com and when arriving in the afternoon to check in, I am told the Hotel is full. I came to Beni-Mellal, to take part in a Bicycle race. Another guest after me, also was told the Hotel is full and we were then told we need to go to another Hotel. To me, this Hotel takes bookings through its website and does not block off these bookings on Booking.com as it is satisfied to over-book as it sends customers like myself to their chosen Hotel.

Perfect for us. Secure parking in garage next to hotel. Rooms are small but functional. Best hot shower we've had so far.

I really enjoyed the location it’s conveniently close to the city center, with easy access to public transportation and several excellent local restaurants nearby. One of the highlights is the coffee shop located on the ground floor of the hotel, which provides a comfortable and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding or getting work done thanks to its reliable high-speed internet. The staff are welcoming, professional, and attentive, and they are able to communicate effectively in English, which makes the overall experience smooth and comfortable for international guests.

“Utter crap.”

Double booked my room so they sent me to another one which was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Tiny, filthy, no shower, bugs and used condoms under the bed.

the accommodation was booked and paid for months in advance when i got there in the evening they said the room was no longer available because everyone was taken they gave me another place so i could move to it this new place was so terrible that there was no water in the bathroom when I was there at least 10 people were there just like me, everyone was turned back to another hotel

Rooms were overbooked. Had to change hotel. They arranged it but was a bit of a hastle. Friendly staff. Hotel looked nice although we did not spend the night.

“Nice place to stay”

Good place for a one night stay. We didn't managed to visit a lot from the city, thus I can't rate it's proximity to the city centre whatsoever. The rooms were clean, mattress were comfy and the place was warm :). I never thought I would appreciate a warm room as much as I did in my trip in Morocco. I would stay again. The staff was also super nice and very welcoming.
