“Good location, renovated building”
Well located apartment on the ground floor, ideal for visit of the Saxon Swiss National park. The apartment is equiped with everything and has modern/new bathroom/toilet. The host was Ok for late checkout.

The host is very nice and helpful and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a 5-day stay. Central location in town with a bakery and a grocery store nearby. Cannot wait to come back.

We spent 5 days there with our friends. I think everything was fine in regards to the apartment, kitchen, cleanliness, bathroom and wifi. Plenty of information brochures, timetables were prepared for guests, which is a sign of helpfulness on the behalf of the owner.

Spacious apartment. Well equipped. The owner kindly gave us free tickets for public transport including a boat ride on the Elbe. We texted very smoothly in English.

“Clean apartment, lovely views, comfortable stay!”
We stayed 3 nights in the top floor apartment which came with a terrace with lovely views. Kitchen has everything you need. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper provided. Good wifi. Smart TV so you can log in to your own Netflix account for example. Apartment is dog friendly and was very clean. Friendly owner, met us with the keys. He gave suggestions of walks & amenities in the area. On the same street is a bakery, as well as a café for cakes, sweets and coffee. The Thai food at the restaurant on the square was yummy! All in all a great stay! Tip for future guests: if you go in the summer, go to the outdoor pool called Termální koupaliště v Benešově nad Ploučnicí (be aware no dogs allowed). Take a walk up to the observation point called Ploučnická vyhlídka to get a stunning view of the area. Suggestion: a parasol for the terrace would be useful. Perhaps also a mosquito net for the double bed.

“Nice place for short summer stay”
It is available gas bbq on the porch, unfortunately during our trip bootle of gas run out. The host is really helpful and friendly. Apartment properly equiped. Nice view from terrace.

“Peaceful stay in calm region”
We would choose this accommodation again: - apartment is modern standard - street is quite calm (calm town) - dishwasher and oven is saving time (you can spent outdoors) - possibility to eat outside (backyard) and to have a barbecue - some toys for small children offered - very close to the market square, castles etc. - bus stop is easily reachable (5min walk) + train station is not too far (15min walk) - owner is very nice and helpful

Location at the centre of the city. Large apartment, big and well-equipped kitchen. Very friendly owner. Additionally, many leaflets and brochures regarding neighbourhood in several languages :)

“Lovely stay in a nice apartment”
The apartment was located in a very nice building. The owner met us and he was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean, the apartment was large and the kitchen in the apartment was very well equipped. The wifi worked well. It is a dog friendly place.

A really nice old house completely refurbished recently. All in perfect condition and really well decorated and welcoming. It is in a really nice town. The staff was super friendly, helpful and ready to provide anything we needed and was within their possibilities.
