On arrival we met Sean, he gave us a full tour of the apartment and complex, explained how everything worked and upcoming events in the area throughout our stay. The apartment had been recently renovated and it was decorated to an extremely high standard. The complex itself was a really nice, a traditional building and maintained to a very high standard. The apartment was kitted out with everything, you could live all year around here very comfortably.

The apartment is very well set up with all you need to relax the owner was very tentative and helpful on the first day and during with some great recommendations for great places to eat.

The appartment was as expected. Really nice flat. Everything was new and clean. We were in 4 adults and two children and everyone had enough space. Swimming pool cleaned every day in the morning with access between 7 a.m. till 23 p.m. Super easy contact with owner. The appartnent set beetween railway station and seaside. Not noisy localization. You can easilly do the laundry on place as the is brand new washing maschine. You can iron, you have towels on place. You have everything you might need. I do recommend and if I ever come back to Benalmadena I will come back to same appartment.

The Appartment

The apartment is immaculate. Very clean and spacious. The view over the mountains from the balcony is lovely. There is a great park across the road to walk around in the shade with a couple of nice cafes. It's only a 10 minute stroll down to the beach and some lovely restaurants. If you walk a couple of minutes up the road there are some bakeries, fruit shops, restaurants and a Mercadona supermarket. Due to the drought conditions we didn't have use of the pools on site (which look lovely) - however the host arranged access to another pool close by which the kids loved.

Very good location (close to Arroyo de la Miel train station C1 and easy access to airport, Malaga etc., but still peaceful location). Close to beach enough by walking. Close to very large public nature park and restaurants and shops. Very good food store nearby. Clean ja modern 2nd floor apartment with all you need kitchen, nice pool and mountain views from balcony. Good air-conditioner in every room. Secured vacational commun area with locked gates and gardens and 2 separate pool. Very nice host and flexibility to get keys etc.

The apartment is outstanding. Really, modern . beds are extremely comfy and shower fab . The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday . Security is great. Locked gates to entrance felt completely safe at all times. The host was fantastic and always responded to any questions in a really prompt manner. The pool areas are absolutely beautiful and extremely clean . There are sunbeds ,chairs, and beach towels available in the apartment for use whilst around the pool . Will definitely be returning

The apartment is great, well-equiped. Everything new. The beds are supercomfortable. The urba has two swimming pools. The owner greeted us and gave us all the necessary information to make our stay pleasant and intersting. Our absolute favorite was the view from the terrace. Spectacular. The apartment is close to a great park which came in useful as we traveled with a kid. Also, close to the beach and to a beautiful port. There is a lot to do in this awesome town. And the apartment combines the advantages of a place away from the busy city center yet being a short walking distance from it. I would definitely recommend it. Already planning to come back)))
