Liz the owner kept in contact about key pick up, replaced a broken fan on the same day, and was generally very attentive to ensure we had a great stay. The property was good, clean, and in a very good location. It had a pool to enjoy and also had parking behind the block

“Very good apartment”

Very good clean apartment. It has everything you need. Location was also great ,within 5 min to the beach. The only drawback was the noisy road outside, the rest was great.

100 metres from to different beaches. Beatifull! The host was very helpfull and responsive. I truely recommend!

“Amazing location, cute apartment, the perfect stay!”

The location was amazing! Views for days! Beach was a few mins walk and there were some lovely restaurants right next the apartment but also a lot of of options for food in the area generally speaking. The taxi was €40 from the airport to the apartment which is pretty standard but we decided to hire a car - it’s cheaper than using taxi and we could explore the whole area including the mountains!! The host - Alex - was super helpful, he met us in the middle of the night to help out with keys (this was a slightly extra charge but did not mind as we landed at 12am!). The apartment itself was very cute and cosy and perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed. We cooked dinner at home one night and breakfast in the mornings. Fridge/freezer and hob were all in working condition! There were cleaning sprays etc which meant I could keep the apartment clean. Loved it!!! Water pressure in the shower was amazing!

The location is amazing with the sea view , and the owner is very helpful, local transportation are around, and very easy to access to the beach , supermarket in the same building and the price is fair.

“Great find”

The location was great. Within easy distance of bus and train giving access to the whole of the region. Lovely beach very close by and a couple of really good eating places and supermarket (although supermarket a little pricey) the apartment was slightly smaller than expected, especially the balcony but it was perfectly big enough for 2. There were ample facilities to do quick snacks and easy meals like pasta but don't expect to be able to do a full meal as there is only a hob and a microwave, no oven. The living area was comfy and the sofa bed a great addition to be able to relax in the evening. All in well worth the money and would def consider returning. The pool wasn't open during our stay ( out of season) so can't comment on that area.

First of all, thanks to Alex: he quickly and kindly answered all our questions either online or by phone. The apartment was clean, comfortable and pleasant, with stunning sea view from the balcony (you can see from here old Torremuelle watchtower too), separate bedroom with double bed and closet and fan, kitchen in a living room, TV. There are Pizzeria Pompei or Restaurante Lucena downstairs, if you don't want to cook for yourself. Mineral water or some necessary things could be bought in a small Arkwrights Supermarket right at the entrance (but not everything there is cheap, and some things you'd better buy at grocery Mercadona, it is approximately a kilometre away.) Very close (2-3 minutes walk) you can find a taxi stand with information, right there nearby a bus stop "Playa Bonita" from where you can quickly get to Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola or Malaga - the center or the airport (you can combine the bus trip with suburban train Renfe C1). Railway station Torremuelle is not far away and can be reached by foot in 8-10 minutes, but if you want to leave, it is better to take a taxi (EUR 8-10) to get the station, because it's on a hill. In the same way, in 3-4 minutes you can go down to the clean and comfortable beach "Playa Bonita", but your way back to the apartment will take a little bit longer: nonetheless we saw elderly people with sticks or couples with children who went down to the beach and went up. We spent only five days here - the rest of our vacation, but we would like to stay longer. Highly recommended considering all above mentioned.
