“Had the air conditioning functioned one could have given the apartment top marks.”
Everything with the exception of the supposed air conditioning that did not work. The wall control unit was on but the air was not being cooled at all.

The apartment is very well equipped, with all the necessities for living. It is bright and clean. It very useful that there are two bathrooms, . The balconies are something we enjoyed much, having our coffee, lunches and dinners on the balcony table. The view is beautiful, but one must stand to be able to enjoy it since the balconies' walls are a bit too high. The apartment is situated in a quiet area, very close to Benalmadena Pueblo, which is such a lovely pueblo. We had rented a car, so I cannot say if the apartment's location would be good without having transportation. But I guess if one wants to visit all the beautiful places in the area, a car is a must. The apartment has a garage for the car, which is perfect. Nearby there are big supermarkets. We enjoyed our grocery shopping in the local Mercadona.
