The villa is in an excellent location and has great facilities. Few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Everything you need is provided to make your stay comfortable. Alex gave us lots of information before and during our stay, and was extremely helpful. We will definitely return again

We rented this villa as a large group of 14, Grandparents, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and it was perfect for what we needed and more. The host was exceptional, great communication from start to finish. Let us leave our luggage on early arrival and on late departure The villa is in our opinion in the perfect location, literally the first property on a beautiful up market street that leads to the beach as well as being within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars and all the water sports spots. The super market literally next door was an absolute god send when you are a party of 14, you can almost take the trolly to the back gate and unload your water and food without worrying about walking 15 minutes in 30 degrees. The villa has everything you will need and things you didn’t think you needed but do. The air conditioning was brilliantly cold and the beds large and comfortable. The garden and pool were fantastic with balcony’s on both sides so you can chase the sun if you wanted. 3 washing machines meant we never run out of towels and could travel light with just 10kg bags. Lots of wonderful little touches like Suncream and after sun that has been left by previous guests with the 100ml carry on limit and the host even brought us a delicious cake and bottle of fizz.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so very welcome by the property manager. He showed us around the absolutely beautiful villa explaining everything that we might need to know. The villa was spotless and absolutely beautiful. It had everything you needed from towels and hairdryers coffee machines cooking equipment outside barbecue etc. The kitchen is well stocked with herbs and spices, tea, coffee, etc.All the bathrooms had shampoo and shower gel, etc. There was suncream etc to use which was extremely useful. It's lovely to have so much there, and we left behind items we purchased for future guests. The pool and jacuzzi area were beautiful. The location was great right beside a supermarket and a short stroll to the local bars. We didn't get to use the inside of the house as much as we would have liked as we were out a lot for a family wedding but it was just a wonderful place to stay and I would absolutely recommend majestic villa to anyone. A Unique Tropical Retreat Just 150 Meters from the Beach From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the warm and personal welcome. The villa is perfectly located—just a short stroll to the beach and a charming beachside restaurant. Our host, Alex, was outstanding—proactive, attentive, and full of insightful recommendations on what to explore and where to dine. The garden is truly a tropical paradise, especially enchanting in the evening when the soft lighting is interacting with palm and banana trees. The outdoor area is beautifully designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a barbecue area equipped with both gas and charcoal grills. It comfortably accommodated our group of 14. It’s the thoughtful details that really set this villa apart: a fully stocked bar in the living room with complimentary liquors, brandies, and tequilas; complimentary sunblock lotions, shampoos; elegant, durable drinkware that mimics crystal for poolside sipping; three types of coffee makers; and a refrigerator with a filtered water and ice dispenser. No generic furnishings here—the bedding is luxurious, the towels thick and soft, and the entire home is tastefully furnished with antiques and artwork, including pieces from the 18th century. Every balcony offers a lovely view, and guests have access to three washing machines for added convenience. The mattresses and pillows are of high quality, ensuring restful sleep. Transfers were effortlessly arranged by Alex, and we appreciated having a supermarket just next door. If there’s one downside, it’s that our stay was too short—it was difficult to leave. We made beautiful memories here and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended.

“Great villa, perfect location for a group”

A fabulous stay at Majestic Villa. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and next door to the supermarket. Perfect for groups. The bedrooms are basics but comfortable and well maintained. Alex was an attentive and friendly host and always quick to respond.

Pictures did not do it justice, many large spacious rooms to stay in and to chill in. All well thought out with bathroom towels/pool towels/hairdryers etc. both kitchens well stocked. All very lovely touches. Superb service from start to finish from Francisco and team. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Location was amazing just a few minutes walk from the beach, right next to a supermarket and 25 mins Uber from Malaga airport.

“Great villa with brilliant location and facilities”

A group of girlfriends and I spent 3 nights in this wonderful villa and couldn't fault it. From the very responsive messages and advice prior to our arrival to the facilities available at the villa we were very impressed. We were greeted at the villa by the owners son who welcomed us, gave us the grand tour, answered any questions, made sure we had whatsapp contact details etc. The villa is well facilitated, detergent is available for the washing machine and dishwashers, herbs, spices, olive oil, vinegar etc are provided, there was even a stocked drinks cupboard we were invited to use. The pool was lovely and warm for our arrival as requested, the garden by the pool is perfect, with great planting covering nearby properties from view and making the garden private. The garden is very well planned with different areas for sunbathing, dining and sitting and enough sunbeds and chairs for everyone. The supermarket next door has everything you'll need and when that's shut the garage and Burger King next door will provide. 9 of us stayed and we had beds and rooms spare, can't remember exactly how many bathrooms but I think 6 or 7. There was always very hot water for showers, even with 9 of us all showering within 20 minutes. There are 2 kitchens, both very well stocked, one steps from the pool for outside dining. The BBQ had a bag of charcoal in place ready to use. The owner was very swift to respond on a couple of questions we had during our stay, he's certainly the best host I've ever rented a holiday villa from and it was a pleasure to spend time in his property. The beach is 5 mins walk, there's a sea view from some of the balconies, it really is a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and hope to visit again.

Francisco was a very flexible and friendly host. He made us feel right at home and let us enjoy our time there. The villa is so much bigger than the photos, what a beautiful house! All the beds were comfy and with a lot of people, you still don't feel crowded and on top of each other.

“20th wedding anniversary celebrations with friends and family”

Great space with two kitchens, two living rooms, good size bedrooms and an amazing garden with all the facilities you might need during your stay for a larger group of friends or family. Perfect location close to the beach, but still very quiet area where you will be able to relax and there's enough space for everyone. The host, Francisco, was absolutely amazing, he's gone above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable memory, helping with any request I had, very responsive and informative which really helped us make the most of the stay in Benalmadena 👍🏻

“Fantastic Villa and Owners… Worth a visit!”

Fantastic Villa and owners. Francisco was always very quick to respond to any queries and happy to provide some recommendations for our stay. Fully equipped… everything we wanted/needed was available. We were travelling with 4 kids (aged between 2-5) and there were plenty of toys, kids cups, plates etc, outside shaded areas and access to Netflix for chill times. And the heated pool was warm enough for them. There were lots outside areas and balconies to eat and chill if staying in for the evening or just having a drink before bed. Location is also great. Easy access to the beach and close to bus stops and Supermarket literally next door. The marina is a 30 min walk (with kids) or a 5 mins taxi ride away.

Great communication. Francisco was very helpful and was able to store our cases both on arrival and departure due to flight times. Villa has plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were great as the weather was very hot. The kitchen at the pool area was ideal. Good amenities within walking distance, if able bodied and if not it was very easy to get taxis to and from the villa.
