Didn't expect much based on the rating but was actually pleasantly surprised. This place is better than other 9+ budget stays that I usually choose. I saw some comments regarding the bathroom not being renovated, but it was actually nice, classic Spanish style. The location is in the center of an exceptional village with amazing views, although not within walking distance to the sea. We had a car though, and I believe public transport could also easily be used to access the beach.

fantastic location, right in the center of beautiful Benalmadena. Everything is at your doorstep. Location is absolutely top! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, really appreciate the timely communication. Nice spacious room.

Fantastic location. Complimentary tea/coffee tray was a brilliant addition. Not usual in Spain and with the added addition of a fridge it made my husband very happy.

“not worth it”
the terrace was in a poor condition, awful maintenance the smell of humidity inside the apartment was terrible even though the apartment is at the center of the village, this particular street has cars, people transiting, and because the bedroom window is next to the street, you get a lot of noise, plus the windows are not double glassing. the electricity also went out one night, the guests in the apartment next to us told us they also had electricity problems the days before there wasn´t a hairdryer as they advertised

“Great value for money and super location”
I love the location in the centre of the village, in a quiet side street. There are many little cafés and great restaurants close by. My room was quiet and comfortable with an excellent shower.
