The staff were so lovely in reception, play centre, bars and restaurant. All lovely, friendly and they were doing their best job. Just I wish the spa was more than 1 per booking. The salad bar was always full and nice. The meat could be better. The pastry needed more options. Over all, we really had a great time in there. We definitely come back again. “Nice holiday in a nice place”

We really enjoyed our holiday overall. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The facilities were good, the beds were large and very comfortable, and we especially liked the variety and quality of the food.

I absolutely loved everything. The location and the hotel itself are wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful ☺️ I would definitely recommend this hotel 💯😍

I liked the hotel very much. The inside its very cute with that water in the middle. The staff were very friendly and very nice everyone. Housekeeping girls very friendly and saying good morning. Food choices it was ok and the theme night its a brilliant idea.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The lobby was beautiful, full of greenery, and created a very relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of parking available, although the parking area was on soil. The hotel complex is located in a private area with security at the entrance, which made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

Hotel is located about 20km from Malaga, you can go from airport by train(cca 40 min) All the staff was really kind and helpful. It is clean and the food is tasty-half board was enough. Many possibilities for trips.

We had an amazing week in the Riwo hotel, the staff were amazing and it was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Amazing air-conditioning in the room and the balcony was huge! Kids activities even in mid September, were top class

The Entertainment staff were lovely, as well as the staff greeting us before every meal. The spa was very good and relaxing; we went twice during our stay there :-) The beach club was a really cool facility offered by the hotel, thankfully there were buses to collect and drop us off to and from the hotel to the beach club and these run frequently which was really helpful especially in the heat of summer. Facilities for the little ones even at night to do things such as trampolining and jumping were brilliant. the shop at the hotel had a lot of variety in terms of items that they offered, staff there were lovely and very helpful. Prices were expensive though.

We travelled from Gibraltar and booked RIWO from the car park when we got there. There was some initial confusion as we wanted to book Holiday Village and within a short space of time that was organised for us. Holiday Village was excellent, very clean and modern. The room itself had a big balcony, kitchen, separate bedroom and it was perfect for us being a family of 4 with an 8 year old and 1 year old. The pool was great, staff were friendly and good fun, the food was really good and choice was excellent for the all inclusive deal. There wasn't much that was not to like and I would highly recommend for families.

The rooms were spacious and clean, although the decor was dated. There were just enough activities in the kids club to keep the kids entertained in the morning.
