Very attentive and thoughtful host. Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need. Fabulous storage. Beds very comfortable. So near Poloma Park, Beach, Arroyo with train links. Great restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. Fabulous location. Very quiet at night. Apartments are security gated and need code to enter so it felt safe. I particularly liked the lovely new bedding and towels which is sometimes so overlooked in some apartments. We never used the garden and barbecue. We thought it was very reasonably priced as a family of four would be very comfortable with the addition of a toilet off main bedroom as well as main bathroom. A nice area of garden with communal pool which wasn't open, but we could have sat in the garden. There is so much to do and see in Benalmadena with great links to visit other places. All in all a great apartment.

Great apartment which was close to everything including the buses and taxi rank. It was a joy to have the place as its got a washing machine which allowed us to was clothes and towels regularly as it was hot all week. My kids loved it due to having 2 bedrooms with real beds not sofa beds. It was clean and Sandra who dealt with our booking was constantly making sure we were happy and having a good holiday. Only down fall was sunbeds at pool were really dated and had to take our rubbish down to the main Street unless there was somewhere in the boundaries to the apartment we don't know about.

The apartment has everything that you need for a prolonged stay close to the beach. The swimming pool was a good addition to finish the day with a refreshing swim and the kids loved it. They also liked the small garden as it allowed them to play in a closed of environment. The ceiling fans kept us nicely cool without needing to resort to the air conditioning. Everything was nearby and the location is good for escapes all around the region. The fact that it allows access to a private (communal/shared) parking, is key as the area does not provide for easy on-street parking during the peak season.

Location was wonderful, a few minutes from the beach and busy areas with restaurants, but still no noise in the apartment, extremely quiet. Swimming pool excellent and not crowded, very few people. The apartment was clean, cozy, with all the elements needed to spend wonderful holidays. The little garden and the table outside allowed to have diner and a drink under the sky.

Sandra was so nice and helpful with great communications, she was a pleasure to deal with. Apartment was comfortable and spotless with lots of storage. Lovely little back garden and side patio area.

Beautiful, comfortable, completely renovated apartment in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. Sandra is a great host, very kind and reliable. She was always easy to reach and patiently answered our many questions. We might well be back next year.

Excellent location, close to everything - beach, bars & restaurants, supermarket & attractions. A really lovely quiet apartment with everything you could ask for with access to a lovely pool in the apartment complex. We as a family of 4 couldn't have been happier with our stay. The lovely Sandra who greeted us on our arrival was really welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment to anybody and it was really great value for money. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic host, so helpful and always available to contact if needed. Amazing apartment and location. Pool great and we really had such an amazing family holiday here. So close to shops, bars, beaches, restrictions and the local attractions including the marina zoo. Comfy, clean, modern and the private garden and terrace was also a bonus. All items that we needed were readily available and for a family if 4 this was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again at some point! Highly recommended.
