“Disgusted at the way this was dealt with. Will be making a formal complaint and will also be listing very true and hones”
The actual Appartment was nice… although be prepared to be robbed (attempted robbery) when you wife and young child are on their own.. the alarm was faulty (home watch and also the security knew of this problem - after many attempts to get home watch to come to the Appartment to sort out the faulty alarm) apparently the robbery was arranged by Marbella club hills security (the same security that are supposed to be preventing this happening. Home watch wrote me a message that the security guard had been arrested and that the police were looking for 2 more suspects!… I’m actually so angry and disappointed that after the attempted robbery I asked for my funds back and to move out of the property all to be told NO and that the Appartment is safe. It’s that safe that gurada civil were called to check that we were ok! I was told by Homewatxh that they contacted the owners and asked on our behalf for our funds back (which I know they didn’t) I will never ever ever book another Appartment via booking.com that are listed via homewatch. I am seeking compensation for the fact that our 4 week holiday was ruined after 10 days that my wife and son were scared to sleep!

“Luxurious and comfortable place, but too far away from everything”
I highly recommend this property if you want to relax. The flat has high quality and is luxury equipped in details. Located on top of a mountain with amazing views.
