Great place with fantastic ambiance

“A gem of an hotel!”

What a fantastic place! Located above a beautiful little village with the mountains and ocean as a backdrop this is a truly special place. Inga spoiled us and is an amazing hostess. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We had a beautiful view also overlooking the pool. Everything is top notch. The outdoor porch is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing! You need a car to get here, but it is not far to get down to Marbella. There were two restaurants close by, one can easily be reached by foot. This place is a gem! And Inga is a diamond!

A great view, a beautiful and high-quality hotel and a better hostess than Inga simply cannot exist. I have stayed in many hotels in Spain and this is definitely one of the most beautiful and I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere else.

Fabulous views looking down towards the sea. Great location for exploring the area. A must, dine at COTO restaurant, literally a couple of minutes from the hotel.

The views from the villa are spectacular, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the service was excellent. It is virtually essential to have a car as there is just one restaurant (and no shops) within walking distance. However, this does mean that the property (in a gated community) is incredibly peaceful.

Cosy and very peaceful guest house with a stunning view in a gated community on the hills. Great breakfast and very attentive host. You do need to have a car or scooter. Will definitely come back

“A Gem, with genuine hospitality”

Everything, the boutique hotel is on a gated private estate with parking and we were welcomed very warmly by one of the owners, he was always there to tend to anything we might need. Our room was lovely, bright and spacious, with a fabulous view and nice little touches in the bathroom too. The breakfast was excellent, we were offered choices, nothing was too much trouble. The assisting staff were very nice too, checking that we had everything we might need. Lovely places to sit and relax in the shade or sun. There is a lovely restaurant about a 10 minute walk away for lunch or dinner if you don't want to drive anywhere.

“A Very Special Place”

This is a very special small hotel in the hills just North of Marbella - away from the madness of the coast, but just a 15 minute drive to the beaches. The breakfast was fantastic every day, with excellent coffee (freshly ground) and vey high quality buffet, but with the option of freshly prepared eggs. The view from the bougainvillea strewn terrace is stunning... all the way to the sea and beyond to Gibraltar. On clear evenings you can see lights from Africa. Our room was very large, stylish and comfortable, the views amazing and the pool warm, and the small gardens beautiful - so what's not to like! But the really memorable thing is the hostess, Inga and her staff. Inga's welcome was so warm, evening though our flight was late and she had to let us in late at night. And throughout our five night stay, she was so smiley, warm and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to make sure that we had everything we could need. A Highly recommended sunny retreat!

“A special stay with an exceptional host”

Set in a beautiful gated community which feels peaceful and safe, the hotel has gorgeous views and is quiet and calm. The rooms are so well designed and super comfortable. What really sets this place apart, though, is the host. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, Inga was incredible. With an attention to detail, she was kind and super organised, and was there to provide support or solutions and every step of the way. Inga adapted to our working week with flexibility and ensured that we had what we needed each day within a timeline that worked - exceptional. With great advice from her about local spaces, we made use of lovely restaurants and bars nearby and utilised the balcony for light self-catered picnics on the evenings we didn’t want to go out. Breakfast was gorgeous each day and the service from the team was great without exception. Inga is one of the stand out hosts we’ve ever met, we’ll never forget this special place and we hope to be back at some point soon.

A most beautiful place with spectacular views, observing but unobtrusive, personal service, an exquisite breakfast, all kept impeccably well maintained and in elegant style ‐ but most of all, Maravilla will give you that home-away-from‐home feeling that only the very best hotels offer. Highly recommended.

Amazing boutique hotel with a splendide view and all you need for a perfect stay! The host is so nice and makes you feel like home! We would definitely come back and recommend this accomodation.

Hosts Inga and Leo were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They attended to us personally and we felt like part of the family.
