We loved it here. It is a lovely homestay with lots of outdoor seating and chill out places also with hammocks. Great for a longer stay. The family is wonderful and sweet, we felt very welcomed. The breakfast is great and the dinner they offer is amazing! There are free bicycles and you can also rent scooters from them.

Everything was perfect. Very kind people and beautiful place.

It’s a lovely place in the nature. It is a bit out of the city but you can take bikes for free or rent a scooter from the owners. They have a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax. The rooms is nice and cozy. The owners were exceptionally nice and kind, the kindest people I’ve met in Vietnam!! The food was also one of the bests! I could not recommend it enough, amazing place.

“An exceptional homestay.”

The owners are so warm, welcoming and happy to help in any way. The food was amazing and there was so much of it we felt guilty if we left any. It was an absolute feast, and was very reasonably priced too. We had an upstairs room with a very large corner balcony (with hammock) overlooking the gardens. We had our own bikes and wanted to explore. The owner was happy to advise us where the best places to cycle to were. The property has lots of water flowing through and there are lots of fish - some very big - that the owner feeds. The fish also provide food for kingfishers which we saw feeding there. There's lots of other wildlife here too.

“Lovely setting, perfect for a stopover”

The setting for the homestay is really lovely with the lush trees and plants and the river. The meals were really yum and very generous portions! The owner was really helpful with arranging transport to town as the Grabs won’t pick up out there.

“Way above our expectations and a beautiful area to stay”

Everything was perfect from the start. Amazing location and ideal for seeing the Mekong Delta. There were mudskippers right next to our bungalow, which was one of the reasons I wanted to visit and plenty other of other local wildlife. Kha, his wife and some friends took us on a very interesting full day tour of the bird sanctuary and the Ba Lai river which I highly recommend. Mrs Tu is a very attentive host and will provide whatever you need for an enjoyable stay. We were greeted with coconut drinks in her beautiful garden. They provide bicycles free of charge and we went on a lovely cycle through the countryside. You can rent a scooter for your convenience if you wish. The area where breakfast and meals are served is beautiful on a balcony overlooking the mangrove pond. The bungalow was well furnished, comfortable, and provided hammocks to relax in. The home cooked food was delicious, natural foods from the area. I cannot rate this experience highly enough. The hospitality was above and beyond.

“Exceptional!”

I couldn't recommend Mr Kha and his family highly enough. A beautiful homestay in gorgeous rustic gardens with the loveliest family. Nothing was too much trouble for Mr Kha who provided advice on things to do in the local area, supplied bikes and various tours of the Mekong (we did local workshops, visited villages, went on a boat along the delta, watched the sunset on the river by boat and saw fireflies at night). We had the most amazing home cooked meals made by his wife and fresh fruit from his garden (the best food we've tasted in Vietnam). He provided a shuttle service to HCMC/ Airport. One of the best stays we've had in our 2 years touring Vietnam. If you want a genuine chilled local experience of life on the delta and it's people, this is the place to go.
