“Relaxing stay with mountain views”

Mirko’s communication was excellent. The property was a short walk from the station in a lovely peaceful setting. Sauna and Hamman were a bonus, also sun loungers outside for relaxation and access to cooking facilities. Great views of the mountains. I will definitely stay again and recommend the place to my friends for Belluno. Easy to get into town and I felt safe walking back in the evening, a large tennis facility was nearby.

There were some great facilities available. Unfortunately we were busy travelling to watch the Winter Olympics so did not have time to use everything, but everything looked very clean and in great condition. The room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean and was cleaned while we were there. The location is a little way out of town, but it is walkable. We had a hire car, which made getting into town very quick and easy.

A room with private sauna and steam room felt very decadent and it was an excellent price for those facilities.

“Relaxing stay”

The room was on the smaller side, but cozy and functional. We booked primarily because of the private sauna and steam room in the room. Both worked great and we really enjoyed that. The accommodation is in a fairly quiet spot; 15 min on foot to the centre and it's an easy walk there and back.

We were so happy to have found this place after finishing the Alta Via 1 one day early due to bad weather. The jacuzzi was our absolute highlight. The location is great and Mirko is a very good host. I loved the free cappuccinos in the play room. We also enjoyed the sauna. But probably felt a bit too tired and exhausted to make full use of it. The place was clean & tidy.

A lovely location just a little outside of the town centre but within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and there was a nice outside space to enjoy as well as free coffee and tea in the kitchen. Marco responded instantly to any queries and was very helpful.

A beautiful getaway in Belluno. The rooms are well equipped and guests can access the common room with a kitchen. There was a sauna and turkish bath in the room, and for additional fee it's also possible to access the outdoor hot tubs. The host has written extensive tips for local sights and restaurant recommendations.

Good option if u wanna rest your mind located outside the city

Big alpine style rooms, private steam rooms and sauna. Mirko wad very helpful, and welcoming. Nice basic style breakfast to get you going for the day. Amazing location in the Dolomites. Would recommend staying!

Comfortable and clean room with private and free sauna and steam bath right inside, Tv streaming and other services available… at the same price of a normal room… Self check in The centre city is not as far away as it seems

Great location, great facilities, lots to do in the locality and great advice from the host Tennis facilities are great 6 courts (3 inside) very friendly. Excellent rackets and balls.

The owner , Mirko is a wonderful guy ! Very polite and helpful , also with advices about the region . We really like him very much Good place to discover the Dolomites via bike , walking and car .

Great design, very modern but also cozy, great and friendly host!

We had booked a stay of 3 nights with breakfast for 4 people in one apartment for 518 euros, but upon arrival we were very surprised. For such a price, I expect a completely different standard. We contacted the owner with a request that we would like to cancel the stay. He didn't arrive until the next morning, but before that we had another unpleasant surprise. It can't even be called breakfast. The owner opened the fridge, pointed to the salami, ham and old fruit and told us that we can choose what we would like to eat. After the confrontation, he told us that it is self-breakfast and what we expected at such a price, supposedly if we have high expectations, we should visit the Sheraton. I do not give bad reviews, but given the situation, I have to share this experience. After one night, we left the accommodation by agreement and paid a supplement for the earlier leave of 109 euros. In total, we paid 278 euros for one night without breakfast for 4 people.

Easy contact with the Host Mirko, late check-in was possible. Private Sauna and steam room directly in the room was really awesome. If possible we would have stayed longer
