Very clean room with big balcony which can enjoy the beautiful Scenery and good sunshine. The room with ancient designed furniture and different kinds of decorations looks very beautiful and homeful.The landlord is supernice，kindly provide variety of cold drinks and breakfast. Thanks to landlord who drive me to Belluno station early in the morning，this gives me a great help.

Asking about location is rather silly. I was travelling from Verona to Cortina and wanted an overnight stop so it was convenient that the accommodation was in Belluno. If I'd wanted to travel to Rome then the location would not have been ideal. We received good instructions over the phone from the owner and a very warm welcome when we arrived.

“Amazing stay with beautiful view”

Beautiful room with amazing mountain views! They have a fully equipped shared kitchen which was a blessing! Variety of packaged Breakfast items, coffee machine and milk! The owner also helped me find appointment with a vet when my dog fell sick! I am absolutely grateful for that! I highly recommend staying here!

The staff team was kind and friendly, the accommodation was good and the landscape was a privilege. When I woke up and I saw behind the window I felt grateful, the view was fantastic!

I loved the place and the owners. They were very kind and polite to me and helpful for any needs. The place was amazing, lovely bed and forniture. I slept very well and i recommand this b&b for sure!

I loved the location, easy access from the highway on route to the mountains. The host was really lovely, breakfast options were good and access to the kitchen in the evening to make tea was really helpful too.

Super helpful hosts, they were very friendly and flexible with me arriving late after having hiked the Alta Via 1. Lovely apartment, the style made me feel right at home! Spacious, cosy and everything was present to have comfortable stay. I wished I could have stayed longer and would surely come again.

The rooms are very big and comfortable but old enough, the breakfast is medium, it has kitchen and many stuff. The reception is very kind. For the money we spent it is fair.
