Beautiful property, great location for exploring the Dolomites, lovely host , everything was perfect.

Clean and comfortable. They spoke English and were helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking infront of the house was convenient, especially if you travel with motorcycle. Marina was kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices.

Loved the peaceful location as our base to explore the Belluno Dolomites. Beautiful views, a lovely vibe, comfortable bed & good shower. The complimentary breakfast was great & abundant with options. Marina was a very kind & attentive host, helping whenever needed. Thank you, Marina, for all the restaurant recommendations & the clear directions for arriving to the property. Wonderful location, surrounded by green and mountains. The hosts were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast is rich with croissants, ham, cheese, yogurts, marmalade and good coffee. Definitely would come back! Thanks for your hospitality!

The room is generous in size and shows a recent renovation. The bathroom is also pretty big and with modern standards. Plenty of parking possibilities. Rooms are available both on ground floor and on upper floor, the former is recommended if you have heavy baggage because there's no lift.

A lovely place. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the right place for you. The hosts are great people that will provide everything you need.

The property is very clean, beautiful and well designed and decorated. The owner is extremely helpful and very kind and takes extra steps to make sure all guests are welcomed and comfortable. Stay here specifically if you have a car. Our breakfast was amazing.

Great location near Belluno. Wonderfully converted old farmhouse with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, clean, quiet, run by a very nice and friendly family. I'm planning to come back next summer.

Nice and cozy apartment house on the hills with fantastic view and beautiful garden. The owners were nice and helpful, the breakfast was typical Italian breakfast. I saw a deer and a rabbit on the fields while I was sipping my morning cafe on the porch.
