“can improve”
The bed was a double; at their Redmond location, the bed was much larger. I made the reservation based on that, so I was surprised to find something different. The breakfast tasted very artificial; it wasn't healthy at all.

“Ok apart from the road noise”
The room was fine, however there was a lot of road noise. The fridge freezer was also very loud, but I was able to turn that off. Other than that it was fine, the staff were helpful and it was just a ten minute walk to the new light rail

They have charged extra amount of 199 USD and I reported to your customer support also but no response from your side too.. feel very annoying I have paid the entire amount for the stay. Even though staff forced me to pay the extra amount since booking.com didn’t sent the final payment to property they have collected from us

“Watch out!”
They cancelled our reservations with no notice because our plane was delayed until the next morning. I had 4 rooms booked. Then when I got there, they wouldn't allow wifi access to book something else. Their attitude was - "too bad for you."
