Basic and all right Best Western hotel. Nice big room and basic amenities. Placed 20-25 min. Outside downtown Seattle, but easy access to airport and other areas around the city.

I WAS CHARGED TWICE! ONCE BY BOOKING.COM, ONCE BY THE HOTEL. I HAVE CALLED REGARDING THE ISSUE MANY TIMES AND IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN SOLVED.

“Comfortable room, great food, great location”
Easy to access with a large car park. Large room with a huge comfortable bed, fridge and access to an ice machine. Large bathroom with a shower and a bath. Breakfast was great a wide range of options with the all important waffle griddle. The hot options changed daily and there was something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly a special mention to Tre for all her help.

“Generally speaking, it’s ok to stay for 3-4 days.”
The room is spacious and comfortable, but no kettle. Breakfasts were included.

“Great Hotel, Good Service”
We arrived late the first day, we called the Hotel, they promised someone will be waiting at the front desk and there was a lady welcoming us at 1:20AM. The Hotel is not far away from the downtown tourist attractions, about 2 hour drive to the Mount Rainier. Very close to the shopping mall. There is a big T&T store in the mall.
