“Great!”
The hotel was in a good location for Microsoft headquarters. The hotel has the most comfortable beds and pillows and was clean. The gym was a good size and standard. I only missed not having swimming pool. Staff were helpful but no tea facilities, and no hot drinks..

Great location for my conference. But honestly it was the staff who were just super awesome and friendly!! And the fresh cookies every afternoon were a nice treat to come back to. It was the little things.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Kiosk in the lobby helps when you need something to drink/eat. Free coffee at the lobby. many cafe/restaurants nearby.

“Clean and comfortable hotel”
Very clean room equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine, and iron. Shower is also conformable while there is no bath tab. No electric kettle and microwave oven available in a room. Safeway is in 5min distance.

“NOT recommend this hotel, the sevice and living condition is extremely poor.”
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not worth the price. Totally a waste of money. The service is extremely bad. There are stains on the bed sheet and dirt everywhere. They are supposed to clean up before guests check in rather than make us switch rooms three times because of this. The manager didn't give us an acceptable solution rather than made us wait for them to clean. This is the worst experience ever.

“Nice amenities, mediocre management”
We spent 3 nights here. The hotel is nice and has no downfalls, however staff is not friendly at all and isn’t ready to help you solve any issues.
