Having messaged the hotel via the booking.com system about food, I was very disappointed. I was assured (you can see the email yourself on the booking . Com system) that I would have evening meals for my stay. On arrival, I was told that I couldn’t get get food until 8:15pm on my first day and that the restaurant would be closed on Saturday and Sunday. Having made no dinner plans because of their email, I was left to eat a microwaved bit of chicken and pasta on arrival day (that the man on reception kindly put together for me), and not having any meals arranged for the rest of the trip. Very disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel was satisfactory in terms of location, cleanliness and comfort.

“Good Campanile stop over.”
Very clean and well presented. This isn't the latest format but the decorations etc were in good condition. Excellent service, particularly in the restaurant. This was a great example of what campanile does well. I stayed at a nearby campanile in Thiers and virtually the same price but Vichy was much better value for the care taken.
