The facilities and room were perfect and immaculately clean and well kept. The host Luca was exceptionally helpful and provided lots of great recommendations and also took me to and from the station when the weather wasn't great.

“Beautiful vila with excelent service”
Beautiful villa with attention to details, rooms were very clean, nice terace with view to the lake, a beach is at 2 min. from the villa, beautiful nature around, beach chairs available. Luca was very kind and helpful.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We really appreciated having beach chairs and bicycles available. It was very relaxing to spend time on the balcony, and the coffee machine in the room was a great bonus. The bed was comfortable, and the extra blankets added to the coziness.

“Wish we could stay longer.”
You would be lucky to stay here. Amazing, Giovanni couldn't have done more. His communication was above and beyond. We had had a terrible day before getting there and his kindness, understanding and support was priceless. His recommendations for food where spot on. Accommodation was beautiful, views 😍! The kids didn't want to leave - "bed was sooo comfortable". Also waterfall right outside our window was an amazing suprise.

“Great Place just steps away from Lake Como”
Great Place just steps away from Lake Como! The host was very nice and gave us a ride from the Bellano train station and also gave us some tips for restaurants and so. The room was really nice, there was coffee machine and best part - there are free bicycles for the guests. That was great because we could easily go the the Bellano center for breakfast or dinner or to the train stations for just 10 minutes!

“A Really Great Place to Stay on Como.”
Such a well run venue, and great advice and assistance at every stage. Great beach across the road and the use of 8 bicycles is just a brilliant & fun way to get into the town. The room itself was perfect for our needs with a Lavazza coffee machine, fridge and hairdryer. Nice view of the lake from our room and lovely rooftop terrace. Perfect !

We really enjoyed our stay – the location of the accommodation was excellent. Just a 10-minute walk to the town and only 30-40 meters to the beach. It was a nice touch that we could borrow beach chairs from the property, and they also offer bikes for free, which was a great bonus. We had a room with a balcony – it was spacious and had an amazing view on the lake. Even though the house is located by the road, it was very quiet inside, and we didn’t hear any noise at all. Such a lovely and relaxing place for a holiday. Our host also gave us great restaurant recommendations – every place we tried was fantastic. Thank you!

“Comfortable hotel with good WiFi”
Beautiful place to travelling around with your car. If you do not have car, no problem, the host also gave you bicycle to travel around the town. 15 minutes walk to the town centree
