Amazing views from the terrace - good for sitting out and eating . Nice to have croissants, wine , coffee , washing powder etc all provided . Thank you. Comfy bedrooms , well equipped kitchen . So many lovely walks from Bellano and ferries to other villages.

This apartment is part of a beautiful house, just outside of Bellano. Most beautiful views in the world. We did not mind walking and proved even a 79 yrs old could do it. It has most stunning views, nice terase with big table and a little one we loved sitting at night. Well equipped with everything needed for families staying. Kitchen had all you need and a big bonus was washing machine. It’s exceptionally cleaned and comfortable. Loved the attention to every single detail, beautiful cabinet with glasses and vintage Bialetti coffee maker. Appreciated very clear instructions about recycling, nice to see the good care for environment.

Flawlessly clean, comfortable rental property with an awesome lake view. The villa is thoughtfully arranged and has everything you need for a relaxing stay - functional kitchen with all necessary equipment, comfortable beds, a cozy living-room. The terrace is definitely a highlight, my best pictures were made from there. Parking is convenient and secure, right in the villa's yard (fence, automatic gate). The hosts are very nice, they provided useful information about the area and quickly answered our questions. The place is well-maintained and everything works properly. Nice touches include basic supplies in the kitchen (oil, salt, coffee, tea), local guides, and many pretty little things that created a homely atmosphere. The location worked well for us - quiet area, up the hill, no traffic sound in the evening. 3 minutes by car to the ferry boat station, or 15-17 minutes walk. It's better to drive, because there are no sidewalks, and we felt slightly uneasy during evening walks. There are several beautiful ancient churches in the town, and the attraction called Orrido (natural canyon) is just about 10 minutes away from the villa. The connection with other places was fine, we enjoyed our ferry trips. If I ever come back to Como lake area, I'd be happy to stay here again. Dear hosts, many thanks for an incredible vacation.

Very beautiful place and view. At Lucy house we had all the facilities. This house is ten out of ten. We kindly recommend.

“Great relaxing property overlooking Lake Como”

On a day when a train strike delayed our arrival it was lovely to be collected from the train station, so many thanks. Very comfortable property with beautiful views over Lake Como. Useful to have all facilities including washing machine etc. and nice to relax in so much space. All questions about property and area answered and thank you for return trip to station on our departure day.

We had an excellent short stay at the house. All went well communication wise, the views are amazing, the house is well equipped and well maintained. The location is quite easy to access, and if you can walk a bit uphill and downhill you can even access the port and village within 15-20 min which is very appreciated.

New and very comfortable apartment with big terrace and very good view to the lake. Everything was better than expected.

“Unique find!”

The view was spectacular! The apartment has the best equipped kitchen ever, even with condiments, coffee, selection of tea and milk. The rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. The washing machine also worked perfectly. We ended up not even leaving the apartment that often and chose to stay in to enjoy the view of the lake from the terrace. Internet also worked well.
