Wonderful location. Marco and Andreas were really helpful and great communication with us. Loved the property which had less than 10 rooms, nice to be out of town and beautiful view of the lake.

Amazing location with great views over the lake and mountain. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious and breakfast was delivered to our door each morning. Andrea and Marco were so friendly and helpful.

The room was as expected from the photos. Comfy bed and everything that we needed. The breakfast was lovely and you can never have enough of the view of the lake whilst eating breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and offered us a late check in. They were very accommodating and gave us a lift back to the ferry at the end of our stay. Would definitely recommend.

“Modern apartment in gorgeous area with Lake views”

Beautiful property out of the busy area, up on the hill with views of lake. Breakfast provided each morning and transfer to and from town with luggage. Lovely clean room. Pool would be refreshing in warm weather.

Marco and Andreas were great and very friendly. La Rosa is situated with views of Lake Como and the mountains. It was very peaceful. The breakfast was pleasant and we were picked up and dropped off at the start and end of our stay.

Loved this place. Really liked that it was slightly out the way of the main town. Both hosts were super nice and picked us up from the ferry terminal. If you get a chance to try their home cooked three course meal I would highly recommend, it was so good! We will be recommending this place to our friends and family! If we are ever back in the area we will rebook.

Marco was an excellent host even picking us up from our ferry arrival so we didn’t need to carry our bags up. The breakfast is brilliant and such a treat in the mornings. The location is idyllic, the view and the pool are so relaxing. All in all wonderful! We saw some of the alternatives we looked at staying at in person and were so glad we chose where we did!

Location beautiful tranquil retreat from Busy town and facilities perfect. Brothers Andrea who we saw mostly and marco couldn’t have been anymore helpful or welcoming. We will recommend to friends and family if travelling to lake como Bellagio.

It was an amazing stay — everything was excellent and beautiful. Perfect location and the most wonderful hosts! Special thanks to Marco, who truly made a difference in our trip. It was our first time in Bellagio, and he went above and beyond to help us — even offering to pick us up, and when we decided to arrive directly, coordinating with our taxi driver to make sure we arrived safely. Both he and his brother were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Family-run b&b with incredibly friendly owners (two brothers), with amazing views of Lake Como. The room was huge, beds were extremely comfy, and the facilities were great. It was a 15 minute walk down to the main town. There are a lot of stairs to get to the property, but that’s the same for all of Bellagio, but it just makes the views even better when you’re there. The b&b was quiet and again the owners and other staff were great. I took my partner here for her 30th and we already want to come back.

An excellent stay at Villa La Rosa! The hosts really make the stay here, Andrea and Marco went above and beyond throughout. We were kindly picked up and dropped off at the Bellagio ferry port despite awkward arrival and departure times. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, about everything from ferry times to local wine. If you’re able to try Andrea’s homemade lasagne I’d highly suggest doing so, the meal was served to us privately on our terrace whilst the sun set and was really delicious! Lovely pool with great views. As others have mentioned, there’s a steep staircase between the property and the main town but worth it for the views and in line with what you would expect in a mountainous region.
