Nice room- we had the junior suite, the balcony very small but had a nice street view and a slice of the lake view

We had an amazing room with lake views. The staff at the hotel made our visit very special to celebrate our wedding anniversary . We dined at both restaurants and the food was amazing . The rooftop bar was a nice addition . Location is great we excess to the ferry dock right in front of the hotel

“Fabulous hotel with great food offering and stunning location”
We had a junior suite with a side view which was extremely well appointed and cooled by the air conditioning. The hotel overlooks Lake Como in the heart of Bellagio. The hotel has a small but well appointed spa area. We used the hotels parking arrangements which we advise you book prior to arrival.

Location excellent just in front of the Boat Station, the room was very good. The view was just ok, i get a room without view to the lake and request an upgrade because of my honey moon but didn´t work

Unbeatable location. Wonderful staff. Every one. Despite we had the basic room without lake view it was absolutely ok. Small but supercomfy bed, great shower, good pillows and also small balcony. Clean and feeling new. Two restaurants. One is bistro, relaxed with good food and drinks. Other is "fine dinning" style restaurant with amazing view, excellent yet relaxed service and interesting twist of italian cusine. The breakfast was also nice. Parking for reasonable 25€ in nearby private garage. It is family run small hotel and I love the way they improve every year something. Excellent value for money escecially if you have room with view.
