We had a wonderful stay at this property. 😊The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view of the lake and mountains — absolutely breathtaking! 🤩 Also, the owner was very responsive and always replied promptly to our messages. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent view on the lake. Lovely, lonely and quiet place with beautiful terrace and garden, but you need a car to get to any place in Bellagio.

Spacious comfy home. Perfect if you're looking for a rustic place. Very clean for the type of property. Views of the lake are spectacular and far enough away from busy Bellagio.

Beautiful location. A couple of miles out of Bellagio town centre but views to die for. The town centre views are marred by ferry ports and masses of tourists- there are neither of those here. If you don’t want to walk there are buses, but not frequent, and there are taxi’s in the centre - the owner will also give the number for a taxi. There is a little basic shop and a cafe/bar about 10 - 15 minute walk away. It’s a 2 minute walk downhill to the lakeside with a little pontoon at the side of a tiny church

We really enjoyed the location near the lake and near Bellagio. The house is charming and practical. We loved eating outside in the garden with the view on the lake.

Location, the view, room size, the owner is very accomadating. Property is clean in general but things like cobwebs over the bed that just need to to be check before letting guests stay.

the area has fantastic views.really loved the rustic Italian feel of the house and i love the way the house is encrusted in the mountain. we had thunder and lightening and from the window it lit up the lake and the mountains which looked incredible :)

Amazing value, large property with plenty of space inside and outside. Fantastic view and also the wine cellar is very characteristic to Italy.
