The perfect spot for a Lake Como getaway! We had a fantastic experience here. The property is lovely, and everything went incredibly smoothly. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, giving us all the comfort of home, and the pool was pure bliss—a total dream to relax by every day. “Home away from home!”
The property is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and has everything you need to stay in and do laundry, cook etc. We chose the property for the pool and private garden but as it rained our entire trip we didn’t get to use these amenities, although they did look as nice as the pictures. The host is very helpful and sent us lots of recommendations for our stay.

Everything was perfect, we had such a lovely stay. The apartment is enormous, so comfortable, it has everything you will need. The most amazing thing was pool and lake down the street (about 2 min walk), also, the host was very informative and kind. Recommending 100%

“The perfect stay with perfect accommodation, and location , will be returning as soon as possible !”
Fantastic , approachable and knowledgable host who took time to explain all you need to know .The location was perfect central to all main amenities , attractions and transport facilities . The apartment was immaculately clean with all necessary facilities including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to Cook with including some lovely condiments , lovely bathroom, washing machine , towels , air conditioning and a beautiful pool and private garden for dining. There was 4 of us and it had a lovely bedroom with comfortable double bed and a large new sofa bed with full mattress easy to put up and down in seconds . The most comfortable I've ever slept on ! The lake was just across the road with a lovely little bistro on the lake shore and Bellagio in easy reach by walking , by bus (bus stop right outside the apartment or by ferry also easy to reach ,if you're not so able with walking) . The whole trip was amazing and we were sad to leave and can't wait to return !

“A tranquil and comfortable base to explore Como”
Everything was fantastic. The communal pool was nice and very clean with some great views of the hills around, and we enjoyed the private outdoor space the apartment offered too. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities included and extra things like a washing machine and washing rack, and some drinks and snacks. The host was excellent in their communication - super helpful with info on how to get to the apartment and things to do in the area. It was about a 15min walk to Bellagio. We would definitely return and recommend!

“Ideal apartment for a stay close to Bellagio”
We stayed four nights in this lovely apartment in San Giovanni. It is situated about 20 minute walk into the centre of Bellagio. San Giovanni is a charming village with its own beautiful church, ferry stop, beach, restaurant and cafe. The weather was sunny and very warm and it was wonderful to use the pool and garden when returning from our day trips. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Lake Como is a beautiful place to visit and Roberta was very helpful gave us lots of excellent suggestions of places to eat and visit.

“Excellent spacious apartment in a fabulous location with a fantastic helpful host!”
The apartment is so spacious and clean! There was everything you could need there for a great holiday. The location is excellent with its own private garden and easy access to the beautiful pool. The beach is only a 2 min walk way and there is a fabulous restaurant to enjoy lunch and an evening meal overlooking the lake. Roberta is a very friendly and helpful host. She met us at the apartment and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay!
