“Best in class!! Amazing stay, great hospitality, fabulous wellness area”
Wow!!!! I stayed here with my mom for a day to enjoy the spa area. Miloš (I hope this is his name), the receptionist from Novi Sad was superb! Very professional, kind, efficient, he supported with any questions we had - great job! Wellness area is beautiful, peaceful and with many saunas and great massage choices. Room had a great city landmark view. Overall - amazing experience. Looking forward to being back.

“Nice and elegant hotel”
I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Belgrade and would definitely come back. I was lucky to have a room on a higher floor with a beautiful view of Belgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Everything in the hotel was impeccably clean and well maintained, which I truly appreciated. A very nice touch was the small cookies offered in the hotel such a simple gesture, but it really makes guests feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and something for everyone. Overall, the service, comfort, and atmosphere were great.

Great hotel with delicious breakfasts and a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned regularly and everything was spotless. The staff were also extremely helpful when my colleagues forgot their belongings in the room — they handled it quickly and kindly.
