One staff member was very helpful the dat I was leaving. My room was beside a rock cafe thst played loud music from 9am to 1am. I came to Belgrade for a meeting. I got no sleep. I would not recommend.

We had a great stay. The location is very central and convenient. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were always available and helped immediately whenever needed. Friendly service and a smooth experience.

The room is located in the centre pretty close to Democracy square and Skadarlija which made it pretty comfortable to go on foot everywhere. We didn't use the transportation. Also, there are 2 pubs nearby the hotel with live music and good food.

The property was clean. They changed the trash every day and kept the room tidy. The staff were warm and friendly. The location was excellent. The room was spacious and warm. The shower was good — the hot water came immediately, and I had no issues.

“Very disappointing — does not match the description”

​I was very disappointed with my stay. The property looks nothing like the professional photos online; it feels more like a basic, old dormitory than a hotel. ​Cleanliness: The room was not clean, and we unfortunately found bedbugs. ​The View: Instead of the promised "City View," we looked out onto a shabby backyard (see the photo attached) Reception: The receptionist lady was unprofessional and unhelpful. She made us come back to the desk four times and refused to help us in the end. ​The hotel is misleading in its advertising and needs a lot of renovation. I cannot recommend staying here.

The location is very central. We needed to be in Belgrade at 7 a.m. When we asked about early check-in, they were happy to accommodate us, and since our room was not ready, they hosted us in a better room with a balcony. After check-out, they also offered to store our luggage at the lobby. We were very happy with the service and left fully satisfied. Highly recommended.
