“Wonderful hotel with a fantastic location and exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff”
Our stay was short, but truly wonderful! We had absolutely nothing to dislike. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located on one of the most popular and vibrant streets in Belgrade, so some noise can be expected — but we knew exactly where we were staying and it didn’t bother us at all. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience were great, but I would especially like to praise Marija from the reception desk. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Marija!

“Staff is the backbone of hospitality”
The location is as central as it can get, we had a quiet and peaceful couple of nights but the real highlight is the staff reception. We have to mention and commend Anna and Maria from reception for their genuine enthusiasm, helpfulness, kindness and care

Frankly speaking, I’m still in two minds about this experience. It’s clear that the hotel is in the middle of a renovation process, so the room was old-fashioned; however, it was extremely clean. The staff were very warm and welcoming, especially during check-in. The only thing that brought stress and frustration was the situation with the “stolen” bottle of water! During our stay, I used the gym for my workouts. The first time was great, despite the fact that the treadmills didn’t work at first—they fixed them within 10 minutes. I found a few bottles of water in the fridge. It was extremely hot in there because the gym is very small and doesn’t have proper ventilation. The next day, the fridge was empty, so I asked them to bring some water. They gave me two small bottles, which was definitely not enough since I had a very intensive workout. Of course, I asked for a few more, and they brought two large ones, which was perfect. I started one of them, and the second one was full, so I took it to my room because I planned to work out there later. Anyway, when I returned to my room in the evening, imagine my surprise when I couldn’t find the bottle. The only explanation I could think of was that housekeeping had taken it 😳😳😳. I was shocked and started checking whether our documents, money, and jewelry were still there. Thankfully, everything was in its place except for the water. It was a frustrating situation that slightly ruined what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Our standard room was upgraded to a premium room, and the view was truly amazing. The location was also very convenient, close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Very nice place to visit. The room was very quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Localization is great, just city centre nearby with a lot of places to visit.

The location is perfect, it can’t be better! The staff is extremely friendly, from the minute we arrived everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The parking is just next door which is also very practical. We will definitely come back!
