“Nice and comfortable stay for family”
A very nice apartment in Belfort, close to supermarket. Apartment was large enough for a family and there was open kitchen, dining area.

“Great apartment and amazing host”
In terms of communication, the host was very much accessible, and answered all of our queries very quickly. As for the check in itself, we had a slight difficulty in following the instructions as it got very cold that night (-7ºC) and the self-check-in mechanism wouldn't work. However, the host was kind enough to drive to us with a new key to resolve the issue. They even made themselves available to facilitate our checkout (even we were supposed to self checkout). This ensured that everything went on smoothly and we didn't have any issues.
