“Excellent value hotel in a lovely area”

Staff are very friendly, and helpful. Our room was a decent size and very comfortable. The location is very good in an upmarket area which felt safe to stroll around even in the evenings, and close to supermarket/pharmacy/restaurants, etc. The breakfast buffet has good variety and everything we tried was tasty and fresh. A very pleasant, comfortable stay!

The hotel is in a good and safe location in Belem. The rooms are clean, not necessarily luxurious but spacious and comfy. The breakfast buffet is great.

Very good hotel in Nazare. Many restaurants, bars and cafes in the relatively safe and quiet area. The spacious room was exactly as shown in the photos on Booking. The windows could be opened even on the 13th floor. The large double bed was comfortable with high-quality bedding and mattress. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and, even on the 13th floor, had a strong water pressure and hot water at all times. The staff, especially at the reception, were very friendly and helpful. The check-in was the fastest I have ever experienced in a Brazilian hotel. Breakfast was served in a nice spacious room on the first floor, overlooking the street. The breakfast was very good - especially the cafe coado. There was also a coffee machine to prepare cafe crema, cappucino, etc. Among other items, four natural juices were offered. The hotel has two well-functioning elevators. Waiting times were short. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the room, was excellent. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Location in the central part of the city, quiet at night. The condition of the room after repair was satisfying. Hot water, A/C worked fine, comfortable mattress. Breakfast was really nice

The breakfast was good and varied. I was grateful for the fresh fruit and the gluten free options. The staff were kind and welcoming though they forgot to prepare my formal receipt (nota fiscal) and I had to wait quite a while to get it. I appreciated that they allowed me to have a Late Checkout as my flight home left at 9:30 p.m. that evening.

Location and a fair breakfast

This hotel was an absolute disappointment for us. We stayed there in the beginning of March 2024. As soon as we arrived the lady at the reception was completely lost, didn’t have any of the info about our reservation! We had mentioned that we had a dog when we made the reservation, and she was very quick to charge us the extra fees for the dog and the parking, but for everything else she was absolutely useless. Then she asked for our dog’s vaccination booklet (this was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the hotel!!). We told her we have the document but it is at the bottom of one of our suitcases; can we just go to the room, open the bags and then we will bring you the documents within the next 10-15 minutes. She didn’t want to allow us to go upstairs and was demanding to be given the documents right away!! I told her: “you have all our info, our credit card info, etc. And we are staying here for a few days!! We are not going anywhere and you will wait for us for a few minutes to bring you the document” so, we went back after getting the document from our suitcase and gave it to her, but we have never seen anyone this rude and stupid at the reception of a hotel!! The in the room after a few minutes, we found insects; more specifically ticks!! One of the was stuck to my wife and cause the huge rash on her skin!! PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTOS (We even have videos of the ticks moving on the bathroom and bedroom flood and on tge bed itself) but I couldn’t add videos to the review section of google, only photos). We had to change the room and it was resolved, but when we told the reception about the insects, it looked as if they already knew and just gave us another room!! Internet is basically non existent! Wifi drops so many times and is extremely slow so they say they have wifi, but they really don’t give All the info about the location of the parking and hours of operations, etc. We had to dig to find out!
