The place is old and definitely not up to 5-star standards. They have safety issues; the bathroom glass door broken on my sister and she cut her hand, yet they didn't give us any compensation. The furniture is old and the wood is cracked everywhere. The pictures give the impression of a garden, but in reality, it's just sun loungers causing overcrowding.

Overall, it's a nice hotel with friendly and unobtrusive staff. They decorated the room and table for our wedding anniversary, so special thanks for that. Well-maintained grounds, blooming tangerines - fantastic. Clean rooms, good cleaning. Quite a large selection of dishes. Good location.

“Great place for a mini break”

If you are looking for a relaxed and chilled vibe this is the place, it is slightly remote so if you are looking to be adventurous either hire a car or bike but you also get access to their sister hotel which is better located for amenities outside the hotel. The actual Hotel is really nice and not too big so easy to get around, the gardens and outdoor spaces are wonderful to enjoy, the rooms (stayed in a deluxe room) was very spacious and had all that is required. The spa/hamman area was very nice and you are able to use the sauna/steam and hammam as a guest of the hotel, the treatments seem resonably priced and the staff very helpful and friendly. Gym had good aerobic and weight training facilities and was maintained to a good standard, the daytime activities were great and the team are really friendly and welcoming, with a wide variety of activities during the day, you had to use the Tui app to book yourself onto activities and also had access to the tennis courts most of the day, again pre-booking required. They also had bikes you could use and join their local bike tours that they put on but did not have the chance to try this out unfortunately. The pool area was clean and had great views of the mountains, 2 outdoor pools one was heated which as nice to dunk into as the weather was in the low twenties, beach area seems ok but as they were working on it and the jetty did not have the chance to explore it. The main bar in the restaurant was charming and had a lovely veranda which you could sit and enjoy you evening on, the main restaurant was a decent size for the hotel and had not issues with overcrowding the food was good but very simple in variety. Overall we had a very lovely few days and would definitely recommend this place to couples.

We visited in low season, hotel was quite empty, which I actually really enjoyed The food is great and I love the location close to the mountains.

We liked everything. We were greeted at the entrance and immediately offered drinks while we checked in. The restaurant staff quickly cleared away dirty dishes. Responsive staff at the reception. A peaceful winter getaway. Would love to come back. Appropriate for the price.

Spacious quiet hotel for western tourists. Very few RUSSIANS!!!! No fights for sunbeds. Private Beach with guards. Well made meals. Great rooms, good cleaning. Nice training facilities. Lovely pool.

Calm and nice hotel. Comfortable delux room. But it's not the same hotel as before Tui. The good things are, you can go to Rixos Sungate and Land of Legends for free by shuttle. The woman, Rüya at Guest relations and Berra at Reception were really helpful, big thanks to them.

“It's good”

Food is OK, but nothing too impressive.I have seen better presentation, variety and more exquisite options for high value hotels of that price range in Bulgaria for example. The beach is OK, but really narrow and not the fine sandy beach. The park is a delight to spend time relaxing in, well kept, beautiful, green. The view from the hotel room and balcony is amazing, we were on floor 4, sea view.

guest relations office staff works great. they are really helpful. Mountain view, landscape design of hotel and beach is very good. You should swim in early morning and feel the peace and calm in wonderful nature view

Rixos is nice, what can I say. But I would lie if I say we were surprised. If you choose Rixos - your expectation is high and you have rights for that. Service, food, activities - no comments - all is just perfect. Amazing time ar Rixos.
