“Hotel that exceeded my expectations”

Great view with sea on one side and mountains on the other, good variety of food, SPA center with professional massage team. Gosha - manager from the SPA team has very friendly and chill vibe. Separately standing housing blocks that in my opinion are much better than one big building. The guest relations team is very proactive. There is also a small zoo on the property.

A la carte restaurants included in the price without any limitations. Tasty food. Personel is very friendly, helpful, makes to feel welcome. Facilities like aquapark are open 10:00-12:30 and in the afternoon until 17:00. Nature around is super beautiful, green territory.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and there were plenty of activities for the children. The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone. It was great not having to rush in the morning to reserve a sunbed by the pool. The restaurants were fantastic, and the evening entertainment programs were excellent. We would love to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Our stay at Crystal Flora Pearl Collection Ultimate All Inclusive was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the hospitality, service, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Ibrahim, the Duty Manager at the reception, who was extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. I would also like to sincerely thank Ashraf, Jumali, and Rasool from the Food & Beverage team. Their kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service made every meal enjoyable. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff truly made us feel valued as guests. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

“One of my favourite holidays and resorts!”

This resort was absolutely amazing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was actually too short! We only met/heard one other English-speaking couple, but that was absolutely fine as the staff either spoke English or were able to communicate enough to answer our questions or direct us. Upon request, they did a lovely little arrangement in the room to help us celebrate our anniversary. We really appreciated that. The staff were amazing and so helpful in every aspect. Honourable mention to Alberto, one of the Customer Relations Staff members. He was so helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay and was always checking n on us whenever he saw us. There were other amazing staff members, but did not get their names unfortunately. The room was lovely. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. The food and drinks were well prepared and had a huge variety. The main restaurant was always kept clean and there was always staff around to help with anything. The amenities and facilities were all well taken care of and clean. So impressed! Highly recommend a stay here, as you will definitely enjoy yourself.

Stay Period: 26th October – 1st November 2025 What an absolutely fantastic spot for an autumn break! I was genuinely delighted that the weather during this period remained pleasantly warm, allowing us to properly enjoy the sea and the extensive grounds. Accommodation and Dining: The rooms were genuinely great—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The catering deserves immense praise; the food was incredibly tasty and varied, offering a huge selection at every meal. The all-inclusive package, which includes various à la carte options and a complimentary minibar, certainly adds to the excellent value for money. Resort Highlights & Amenities: Beyond the personal experience, the resort itself is top-notch. It boasts a stunning setting nestled against the mountains, providing breathtaking views and a wonderful, spacious feel. The extensive aquapark and multiple pools are a massive bonus, especially for families. Exceptional Service: I must give a special mention to the staff who truly went the extra mile: The massage with Gosha at the spa was simply sublime—a brilliant, relaxing experience I would strongly recommend. A huge thank you to Ibrahim! When my father unfortunately faced a minor health issue, Ibrahim demonstrated outstanding empathy and efficiency, arranging for us to stay in our room until 15:50 (a much-appreciated late check-out) just before our transfer. This level of caring, prompt, and supportive service is a testament to the hotel's brilliant team. All in all, the Crystal Flora Beach Resort provided a seamless and highly enjoyable holiday. Absolutely recommend it!

“Family friendly, helpful, great value for money.”

The food was delicious, and they had plenty of healthy options. The staff was very helpful and cheerful, keeping our 9 month old son entertained. Also plenty of entertainment options for the whole family. As our stay ended on the last day of the season, we could have had great discounts at the spa as well.

“Nice place for septembre/october”

Beautiful nature, attentive personal service from the guest relations (Ibraghim and Elmar) Very cute beach bar with lounge atmosphère . 3 separate beaches - so everyone can easily find his place. The stone beach is much more quiet. Cat friendly vibes. :) Warm sea at the end of octobre Nice girls working in the kids club open til 23.00!! Good size of the Water slides for the kids - interesting not only for the babies but for the kids 10-15 years old

We've had a great time staying at the resort with a group of friends and families. The facilities provide ample options for entertainment and our kids loved the beach and the waterslides. Food was very good at the 4 full service restaurants, but you need to get there early to avoid queues (or after 7:30pm) The staff is very attentive and the place is very clean. Despite large number of guests, the resort never felt overcrowded. The highlight of our stay was the spa treatment and massage - hands down one of the best massages we've had anywhere. Our 13 year old son had a chronic pain in his leg following a ski accident and the massage completely fixed all the pain for the first time in almost 2 years! Overall we've had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Chrystal Flora. Thank you!

“Great stay with family”

Very friendly staff, we felt truly welcomed. Roof top live music in the evenings was a splendid surprise. Hamam at the spa and massage were great. Many activities during the day by the nice entertainment team. Shows were excellent (yet could be more frequent). Housing was cosy, area was functional with direct access to the sea and waterpark for all ages.
