The real value of this hotel is its employees, starting from the receptionist Halil who knows Bosnian, the waiters who are always at your service, the animators, the pool workers, everything is five stars and more. My recommendation is this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options every day. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We also loved the swimming pools, especially the children’s pool with water slides. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Kids Club. A special thank you to all the employees working there. Our children loved spending time at the club and felt as happy as if they were at a summer camp. As parents without the help of grandparents or a nanny, we were finally able to relax and enjoy a real vacation for the first time in a year. The Kids Club made a huge difference to our holiday. Even though we stayed only five full days, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed every moment.

We stayed in a Deluxe Family room, which was clean and modern, enough space for a family of four. Staff was very friendly and helpful, daily cleaning and heated outdoor pools at the end of April. The restaurant offered a very good selection. Spa, water slides and kids club are great additions for families with children. Green and shady area.

Amazing location with the mountain backdrop. Staff were overall great although a special mention to Jiyan serving in the restaurant, she was so kind to our daughter Aya who will miss her smiles and chats every morning! The onboarding and WhatsApp chat service was very handy for information and service. The food is excellent with a wide variety of choice.

The property is exceptionally well managed, with a level of attention to detail that truly elevates it from great to outstanding. The kids’ club is thoughtfully designed and perfectly suited for younger guests. The swimming pool and gardens are beautiful and inviting—ideal for relaxing and spending quality time. The food is generally excellent and plentiful, although I have experienced slightly higher catering quality at other resorts, such as Club Med.

No air conditioning made room very hot and hard to sleep in at night. However, hotel very clean and there were great facilities available, we loved the water slides, there was a bit of reconstruction going on on the beach, and it was very stony, and maintenance work was being done on the pool, but there were plenty of other areas to relax in. The spa was excellent as was the restaurant and the quality of the food

Everything was great 👍 Despite the winter concept, kids were happy with the kids club, water park and the pool outside and inside. Food was tasty, there was nothing extraordinary or unusual but quite a good choice. The hotel itself is very clean.

Great staff, very friendly and professional. I had a great unexpected upgrade for the much bigger room. Very good food almost 24 hours, a lot of fun activities are available on the daily base. With the rental car you're not far from some nice places with the really beautiful nature.

Nothing specially good, nothing specially bad, - it was a solid hotel, I mean, there are no reasons why to avoid visiting it but in the same time I cant say it was a unique or super nice expirience. We enjoyed our stay there and everything was fine in common, but we personnaly wouldnt visit it for the second time. It was worth its money though.
