“Exceptional experience”
Probably the best hotel we have stayed in... The room size and style, the staff, the breakfast... everything was exceptional. Walking through the hotel felt like walking through an art gallery. The staff was kind, helpful and always ready to help, going the extra mile all the time.

Really loved this hotel. The shopping centre beneath it is very interesting and useful. The staff were great. The hotel itself is among the nicest I've stayed in. The room was excellent, bathroom was luxurious, all facilities great. The free water, coffee and gym were great additions. Was great to be able to come back to this hotel after long days exploring Beijing. The location is fine, its not directly beside any main attractions but a quick metro or taxi gets you most places. Loved it.

We booked the George´s Friday night and join the swiss chef dinner. The food was very nice but the service was a bit confusing, they didn´t know what we had orded when we arrived and they did´t really explain the options. Also no explatination about the food and the wine when it was served. All very polite and nice but I missed that.

Incredible setting with both the exterior and interior designed to perfection. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and fitted with top-quality amenities. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel adds a refined touch, making the whole experience truly special. Service is outstanding—especially the daytime receptionist, Bi8bo, who was exceptionally helpful. Housekeeping is impeccable, keeping everything spotless. IT is great when I had issue with VPN. Without a doubt, this is a true 5-star hotel and one of the best I’ve stayed in.

Beautiful Hotel with Artful Design and Perfect Location! This hotel is truly a gem! The location is ideal—directly connected to a mall, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient. The design and atmosphere are truly unique; every corner of the hotel felt like a piece of art. It was a pleasure just walking around and admiring the details. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. A special thank you to the General Manager for the kind gesture of offering a lovely souvenir to me and my husband at check-out. It was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

“Perfect and I will be back”
The Room and clean and serviced 2-3 times a day, The Staff are amazing!!! Breakfast was great and as far as the location it was perfect for my business needs and is attached to a very artistic mall with lots of food and shopping. The art work in the hotel is fantastic!
