The host is very attentive. He informs you when he comes, so you will be ready. The place is clean. You are provided with all the necessary things for your stay. Instructions for using the common space are clear and generous.

“If you are fine to stay in a man's flat you can go there.”
We, 2 girls, were not aware that the property would be the host's private own 3-room-flat in a common rental/living compound of the local residents where we should use 1 of the rooms to sleep, the others were his sleeping room and the living room. Everything very tiny and close together. No place for distance or privacy. As we were brother and sisters. Due to moral reasons, this was no option to stay. So we left without staying there.

The location is very close to Ben Gurion University. It is at a very central point. If you are visiting Beer Sheva for Ben Gurion University, it is one of the best locations you can find.

Nice, great room in a quiet area, very close to BGU University with easy bus links. Had a great time, the host is very friendly, respectful and supportive with everything you need. It was a pleasure to stay here :)
